Sushi Siam Of Aventura

Sushi was OK. Salmon skin hand roll (temaki) had too much sauce on it, was a messy dish, tasted good though. Tuna roll wasn't great. Fried JB roll was OK. Salad was OK. There are better sushi restaurants than this. I won't be coming back.

Liked the place, especially the waiter. Very polite and friendly.

I don’t know how this place has 4 stars. We tried once before the movie. Upon entering the restaurant there was a bad smell, I looked up, and air vents had not been cleaned for years looked like. Should have left then, but we sat outside. I took half a bite from main courses, it was one of the worst foods I ever had. I was shocked how bad it was, and actually that there were many people inside. Good fresh food is very important to me, so don’t understand how this place still operates.

Worst sushi and hibachi place ever! Ordered sushi, it came when we were about to pay the check. Waiters didn’t understand anything we said! No one came up once to ask if we needed anything else. To clean the table I had to move my plates to the next table! Order of white rice came as the check arrived as well! Terrible! Don’t waste your time and money!

Haven't been in a while maybe two years but decided to go for Hibachi this past Friday Nov 5/21.
We Ordered Hibachi Salmon and Hibachi steak and chicken and despite that the food was consistent in quality and portion size, gave a three stars for a few reason :
1-Website says that the restaurant is closed. Reported it to Kevin ( manager ?) who took my reservation and his answer was, oh Yes we haven't updated the website not sure why a business owner doesn't care to much to correct that RIGH AWAY . Restaurant was very empty.
Seem that only half of the restaurant was operating .
2- Our Hibachi

If I could give this restaurant zero star I would... We were running a little bit behind he said the only way he sit us if we order right this second, mind you the restaurant was empty... we sat and waited 20 minutes just to order when they told us we need to rush an order. The bar had no alcohol that was on the menu. The food was terrible me and my whole family got sick within an hour of eating the food. The lobster was not even edible, you knew you’re getting food poisoning after one bite. After we complain that the food was terrible all they kept saying was let me pack it up and take it home

Ordered three rolls and none of them was good. And instead of 3 tolls they put 2.5 (one was just four pieces-green one)

Went for dinner, had lobster sushi, tuna sushi , pad Thai and gyoza soup. All great but too much food and expensive.

Great experience. We went for lunch and the place was empty, but they were open so we were seated. I had a salad and the roll that has the cucumber on the outside. It was good and very fresh. My husband got the teriyaki steak and chicken fried rice. He loved them both. Little pricey but worth it because it was actually really good. I would try the chicken pad Thai if we get a chance to go back again next year.

No wonder the service is bad, the tip is included and of course the servers do not tell the guest.

Food was good. Would recommend the Dragon roll. Outside seating was nice. Seating along the walkway gave plenty of room for people to walk by and not interfere with dining. Service was average

Do not bother ordering delivery from this establishment. Slow would be an understatement. 1.5 hrs for sushi delivery is unacceptable.

Ordered through Uber eats, took them 1.5 hrs to prepare my meal on a THURSDAY. Did not answer one call and leave you in complete limbo. Not worth it, terrible customer service- choose elsewhere.

I purchased a chicken curry meal and didn't like it. I actually ended up with a stomach ache. I tried the lobster curry and the tuna and I wasn't impressedd. This Thai food is not good at all, and we have tried lots of different places. The sushi looked ok.

I was served COLD teriaki salmon but funny thing it was cooked!!! so that means it was left overs from last night or who knows what night. Disgusting. You would think in key biscayne it would be fresh.

Come to think of it the tempura was dark brown which means old burnt oil.

Sushi Siam food quality has gone to unacceptable.
Today has been the last time I will eat their food.
We order sashimi and the Salmon was OLD, hard, tasted disgusting. we told the waitress and she couldn't care less. The only thing that came to her head was to offer us more. The bill came full charges and including the 15% gratuity. We paid it But it will be the last time that we long time costumers will eat there

So far it's our 4th time visiting this restaurant. I absolutely love the food. The spare ribs are to die for and the sushi is fresh. Service has always been great and sitting time and wait time for the food is pretty quick.

This place was absolutely disgusting. I don't know what happened here because it used to be great, but the everything was just HORRIBLE. from the service, to the presentation, to the food. I mean we ordered an avocado salad and the AVOCADO WAS BLACK. The sushi rolls were so abnormally huge and poorly made I could've done a better job watching a YouTube tutorial. This is my first Yelp review. I felt I should share my experience to warn others about what to expect at this restaurant. I ordered a Rainbow role and received a California role. When I told the waiter of the mistake rather than bringing me what I ordered he argued with me saying I was wrong. Rather than fight I accepted the food he brought me. The California role was the worst quality sushi I have had. Any supermarket would provide better quality for a cheaper price. The quality of place has varied a lot over the years from reasonable to straight out food poisoning.

I got a food delivery tonight and they charged me about $10 less than they should by accident and I gave a 20% tip....the manager Mama calls me at 1030pm and wakes my family up to correct the difference.

It's time for improved food options in Key Biscayne.

Unfortunately, one year ago we ordered chicken fried rice with chicken for pick up. We were hungry and excited to eat our favorite chicken fried rice, but in the middle we found a small-medium fried COCKROACH!!!!!!!!! They just made a refund...

Today, after one year, we gave it a second chance and ordered for pick up the same fried rice, we opened the container served ourselves... and a MEDIUM HAIR in the middle of the rice!!!!

While restaurants on KB are hit or miss, this was something closer to a hit... to my palate, intelligence, and straight to the face.

I don't think that anyone enjoys having to leave negative reviews. And I thought about it for a few days before writing this one. I called the restaurant the following day to speak to the manager, and my call was never returned.
However, besides being ignored and having paid for this terrible food, it was easily my worst meal of 2017...

Don't bother with the lunch specials here. I ordered a red curry special blindly over the phone (there are no prices listed on their website), expecting it to cost no more than $15 and for it to include a side salad, maybe an egg roll, in addition to the meal.

What I got was $8 worth of red curry (not even a full container), the smallest order of white rice I've seen in awhile, and a $20 check. The food was edible, but not enjoyable, much less so at that price point.

My husband and I were hungry for lunch. We wanted something light and filling and could take back to the house to enjoy. We found this place in an outside/garden type shopping area. This was on a late Friday afternoon. The parking lot was busy and hard to find a space.

The fish tasted very fresh, probably because of the Key Biscayne location, so it's right by the water. Sushi Siam is in the heart of Key Biscayne, so I expected a cute place in the corner of a shopping center.

To my surprise, it was quite elegant, dim lit, and semi-fancy with white table cloths and padded seats and booths. I was relieved that it wasn't like every other Thai restaurant with the traditional wooden decorations and wooden furniture EVERYWHERE. BUT they had maybe one statement piece on the wall.

The atmosphere was comfortable and quite enough to talk amongst your table. The sushi bar is in the back corner and pretty open. Also, toward the restroom was a wine cellar/shelving
