I love the food. Very filling and honestly would come back since I normally around the area. It a hidden gem that should be hidden no longer! Had to share it on instagram!

They tend to use more ice than fruit in their smoothies so they are often watery. The wraps are so tiny that you are overpaying for them. Honestly save your money

I love this spot, so cozy. The patio is so welcoming. The food is healthy and delicious. They make the BEST juices in Miami, hands down none better. They can get a bit busy at times, but if you are patient it is well worth the wait.

Best healthy food restaurant around. You can't go wrong with any thing you order on the menu. All ingredients are fresh made to order. The owners and staff are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure that your experience there will want you coming back for more. Make sure to try their great breakfasts and juices there a cold and fresh... I highly recommend you try this restaurant if you haven't. Doesn't look like much from the outside but once you take a bite of their delicious food you'll wonder why you've never been there before. Do yourself a favor and head

Miami Squeeze hasn't been the same for some time now. From 2013-2017 this establishment was popping with good food and service but now that gratuity is included and management has changed, the service is absolute trash. The last two times I came here I decided to hold off on a review because I come here often and perhaps things fell through the cracks. Today was awful. My friend and I knew what we wanted and so I ordered my usual turkey burger pita with a green goddess drink, and instead I got a sliced turkey pita. Okay fine, maybe he misheard me and so the order was re-made. But no instead

Love, love this place but really wish they'd start using eco friendly packaging. Right now everything comes in styrofoam and plastic :(. Please change!

This is based on our last two visits. The first time we ate in. My wife ordered the sampler. The waiter brought the wrong order and them was upset with her. He's the one who messed up.

At any rate, the food is good so we went back today for take out. We ordered a sexy salad. The ingredients on the menu list strawberries as the first item. There were no strawberries. The menu lists almonds- no almonds. It was basically an expensive garden salad. The hummus was more tahini than hummus. I know there are challenging times, but these kind of repeat bad experiences are a sign that things need improvement

Found this cute little spot in Miami when searching for a healthier option. All the bright colors really caught our eye & of course I love pressed juice.
We got the Vitamin C & the fat burner.
The vitamin c has a strong kick of ginger so if you enjoy ginger I'd definitely go with that one.
They have a cute outside patio in the front & some more seating through the back. You can order a online , at a kiosk, or dine in.
I really liked the chipotle sauce & the cilantro one which they can give you on the side with whatever you order.

We called to place an order and when we got home and open one of the sandwiches had a bite. I called to let them know and the guy told you that there was nothing that he could do and hung up the phone on me.

Love this place!!! They never disappoint. Everything is fresh and tasty! Just because it’s healthy food does not mean they skimp on flavor. Conveniently located for dine-in in their open air back patio or counter. Also great for pick-up.

Good prices for health conscious wraps and small plates. The pita is delicious filled with your choice of protein or veggies. The sweet potato fries are fresh and there is no going wrong with the smoothies

I went to the Aventura Mall Miami Squeeze and it's delicious and very nice staff!
I ordered a chicken wrap with balsamic sauce , everything is very fresh and you can smell the organic vegetables and fruits!

This is my go to favorite breakfast spot whenever I'm in the aventura area, which truth be told isn't that often. The food has an Israeli kick to it, which is nice, but no bacon or non kosher foods. Overall it feels like you are getting a nice, light healthy breakfast. The smoothies are the main draw however, probably the best in Miami. I really wish they had a location near downtown just for the smoothies. And if the prices were the same I would probably hit them up everyday.

Quality food and service at a good price., you don’t need to look for anything else for your Sunday breakfasts ! Healthy juices from menu or ordered by you. They also can serf Keto diet!

Miami Squeeze is fast becoming my favorite place place to get a vegetarian or vegan meal. All the expected fare is there: turmeric & wheat grass shots, fresh-squeezed juices, smoothies and salad.
They offer protein for very palate and all are made well and served up in healthy portions, literally.
Their lentil soup was a nice surprise as was their housemade Ginger dressing that's not standard but if you ask for it, they'll give it to you. I've been here three times over the summer so I feel I've gotten to know the place.
It's consistent, fresh and a great place to satisfy a hunger without tipping

Food came out at separate times and neither entre were hot (southwest chicken and Impossible Burger). Fries were cold. Kitchen ignored request to leave onion off burger.

After reheating food was acceptably warm.

Cloth used to wipe down table fell on the ground multiple times while there and the server picked it up and hung it to be used again after contact with the ground.

Stay away

Visited and was expecting a flavorful smoothie, however got a watered down ice slushy. Even after offering to pay extra for more fruits I was denied. Ice ice baby and Tropical smoothie cafe a much better option.

This place is so cool! Great smoothies and great atmosphere. Lots of fans, a swing, and you can see the train pass by! Servers are super nice.

WOW ! Where do I begin?! First, I've been coming to Miami Squeeze for a couple of years and the food, the drinks has always been GOOD! However, this past weekend I became highly disappointed in the quality of food that was served. I had the Mediterranean platter which consist of hummus, eggs, and falafel. I originally asked for egg omelette but was told that it couldn't be done. Then I asked for grapefruit juice and was told that they didn't have any juices. The eggs had absolutely no taste. Wow!!! What a fun, healthy and diverse establishment Miami Squeeze is. From Wheat Grass Shots, to Fresh Smoothies, to Mediterranean, to Fried Chicken Fingers! They truly have something for everyone!!!!
They even have desserts that look mind bending good!!!! Seriously, for a fun way to start the day, check out my main squeeze 😉

I love to go here with my son. He’s been vegan for 8 years. I just became vegan a little more than a month ago. They have a very yummy menu. I’ve also ordered from the regular menu. My son likes to get one of the juices or smoothies. Prices are reasonable.

An absolute hole in the wall that you must visit! Healthy smoothies, natural energy shakes, salads and a huge selection of Mediterranean favorites. Today, got the Greek salad with gyro meat, delish!

I can't believe I forgot to review this spot for so long! The vibes are so great here. You forget you're on busy Dixie Highway. You feel transported - like you're in an island oasis! The people are so friendly here.

This is a great spot for vegan and vegetarian diets, but everyone should try it. There are so many yummy sauces they offer to try. When I went, they gave me all of them to sample.

I really enjoyed my veggie burger. I can't wait to go back, but this time I'm bringing bug spray because the mosquitos were biting!

This review is for takeout.
The food was fresh but you could see that it was prepared in a rush.
There was no abundance of Ingredients, salads were simply OK, and sandwiches and wraps were not up to par either.
All in all a confusing experience...

This place is really underrated!! A friend of mine brought me here and the rest was History.

I try to come here at least once a week, I'd come more often if it wasn't for the drive. Located right off Dixie Hwy, on the border of North Miami and Aventura area.

This place is usually pretty busy, the service is speedy and hassle free so you won't be waiting for your order for too long. And parking is not the best, but there's extra parking on the shops located right next door. Just be quick about it if you're just picking up.

I've never tried the food, but every time

A local 'clean food's staple if you're feeling for a fresh squeezed juice or smoothie. The breakfast selections are deliciously filling and not lacking in any flavor as well as the guidelines are very clear. Staff is attentive, friendly and keeping customers safe. I picked up their Popeyes omlette with spicy mayo sauce and a green goddess juice to share. The omlete was fresh certainly, packed with broccoli, spinach and Mixed peppers and the sauce paired very well.
