Started in an office in his home, Paul Brouwers Sr. soon moved to Main Street in Middleville, Michigan where the agency remained for 25 years until 2015 when it was relocated to Breton Road in Southeast Grand Rapids. In 2002 Paul's son, Mike Brouwers, joined the agency to assist with sales and service.
Mike is a graduate of Davenport University with High Honors. He has been with the agency since 2003, becoming agency President in 2013. He is active in his church, Plymouth Heights Christian Reformed Church, having recently served three years and deacon and church treasurer and presently on the technology committee.
We work hard to provide our clients with a wide range of insurance companies, and high level customer service. There is no better compliment to this service than by referring a friend or family member to our agency. When you refer folks to us, it's truly a win-win-win. Maria does a very good job explaining and handling a difficult situation. Having to clarify to a customer the very lopsided rules has got to be a very difficult position. The Michigan Statue for Auto Insurance is definitely not written for the consumers benefit. Unfortunately it is written for and to protect the Insurance Companies.

Worked with David. Really pleased with how quick and painless this was. The coverage was custom tailored for my needs and explained very well. Coming from someone who likes to save money but make sure I’m covered, this was an excellent shift from my previous provider. I saved almost 35% on my money and received better coverage!!
