I rarely in fact almost never take the time to write a review. But in this case I will because the unbelievable service, professionalism and very reasonable cost for the service I received. I am still in shock their use of technology and state of the art facility they have at such reasonable costs. I was prepare to be there for a lengthy amount of time to catch up on emails and sleep. Once I checked in and sat down to start responding to emails, I was called back to the exam room and started with the ex rays. With in 10 minutes the dentist came in explained the situation and the options to resolve

I dread going to the dentist and have had quite a few bad experiences in my 42 years. Dr. Do and his amazing staff completely changed my outlook and I am forever grateful. Their warm and friendly approach made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. Alex is so sweet and gentle, he helped calm my nerves as we started my appointment. Their waiting area is so comfy and cozy. It is always decorated for the various seasons and holidays!

Dr. Do and his staff offer exceptional service. I was referred by a family member earlier this year, and have been using Red Oak for all of my dental needs since. They always make sure you feel comfortable, and that means a lot when we all know how uncomfortable some dental procedures can be. The facility is clean, their equipment is of the newest technology, and the staff is very polite, and personable.

Great staff. New to the area and called to get information regarding services. Spoke with Nancy who was able to answer all my questions and give insight into what we need to do as a family for next steps. She did a great job explaining services. This helped greatly due to my extensive travel for work. To be able to get the info so once back into town we can schedule our appointments was a plus.
