I have loved photography since I was at least in the 3rd grade and got my first camera for my birthday that year. I took that little 210 film camera everywhere I went and have been capturing the world around me ever since. I love being a photographer. From weddings to families to senior portraits. Jackie and I became friends when I was a photographer at The Bellingham Herald and she was a reporter for the radio station KGMI.
Crazy to think how long we've know each other. Now we're both married with kids and have moved on to other professions. So fun seeing her and her family for a family portrait session at Elizabeth Park in Bellingham, WA. Miss you guys! Charlie and his sister have been family friends with my in-laws forever.

Many years ago, when I was still a young photog at the Bellingham Herald, I was lucky enough to photograph Kristine and her iris garden in Deming, Washington. Kristine, a fellow Washington State University grad, was getting the garden ready for the public as I was photographing her. We started talking and realized we were.
Friends Dani and Christy were awesome to photograph. Their goofy sense of humor and awesome style made their senior sessions way too much fun for me! Snohomish Wedding Photographer | Camano Island Wedding | Beach Wedding It was such an honor to photograph my brother-in-law's Camano Island wedding last summer! It was my first wedding since beating breast cancer (YAY!) and having a bilateral mastectomy in June. I didn't know if I'd have the strength or stamina but I did.
You are going to absolutely love this adorable couple and their beautiful Yakima Valley wedding! I just had to share these two images from Kristine and Thad's unbelievably beautiful and sweet Deming, Wa, wedding. I've known Kristine for maybe 10 or so years and I could not be happier for her and Thad.
