We enjoy living at Park South. We walk the sidewalk around the entire property everyday and love the privacy and all the trees and green spaces. The staff are helpful and courteous. We are just a few minutes from so much! I would recommend renting a carport, only $50 a month, since the free parking is not reliably available (honestly, I feel like that is to be expected in the city). The entrances to the apartments are quite private, so we don't often run into neighbors, which is nice since we have an old rescue dog. It is a quiet place without being sterile. We are very satisfied with our

This is without a doubt the most horrible community ive ever lived in. If 0 stars were an option, trust me I'd give it. There's a reason this community has so many vacant units. The units and amenities are decent at best. The true problem however is the property management.

Let's start with the on-site staff. Totally unwilling to be helpful. If anything are confrontational and condescending. everytime an issue occurred instead of being met with any form of service is was twisted to how it is your fault and will quote line items from your lease justifying why they don't need

Luckily Park South is dumb enough to create 2 yelp pages for even more negative reviews. For anyone desperate enough to actually move here I would recommend prison over this place.

As someone who has never had issues with a complex/ management in my entire rental history, this experience has left me disgusted. I read prior negative reviews before move in regarding management and wrote it off as poor tenants. I can truly say anyone debating this complex would be better off with any other option. Don't be swayed by special offers, reduced move in costs, and lowered security deposits. You will inevitably run into issues where an incompetent, lazy, rude, and extremely insensitive staff will stand between you and any resolution. Here are a few of my experiences:

February 2019 snow fall collapsed the flimsy metal covering on the paid parking spots. While you still get to pay full price for your spot, you get an uncovered spot with no lighting for safety and security. Best part is the staff say they are waiting on insurance money. How terrible is your insurance that it takes a year to pay for an act of nature? They could fix the covering, fix the lighting and then get reimbursed. Nah, just keep charging full price for "framed" parking spaces with no lighting. What a joke.

Easily one of the worst places I have ever lived. From allowing broken down cars to take up the "first come first serve" parking spaces, to the constant yard work and maintenance on the building 4 days a week, to the non responsive and disorganized front desk staff, not any place I would recommend.
Directly under the flight path for all aircrafts heading to the SeaTac airport, never a moment of silence. In addition to this I had to report them to the housing authority on two separate occasions for posting over 15 notices in a month to enter my unit within 24 hours- to take care of routine

They haven't done a single thing to rid our complex of snow and ice. We've been trapped because our cars can't scale the giant pile of snow behind them. They have said repeatedly that they've plowed but literally no plow has been through the area where my car is parked. I've spoken with several neighbors whose cars have been damaged because of the neglected lot. I am disgusted by management's lack of action here. It is dangerous.
