I moved from out of state and the transition was seamless thanks to Danielle, the property manager. She answered all of my questions and helped me to get everything set up in a very timely manner. The community is quiet and everyone is really friendly. It's a great place to live. It's great you had such a great experience with us! Hope everything at your new property is fantastic!

Extremely overpriced. Paying $900 a month for a tiny one bedroom. Can’t fault them too much, it’s on par with complexes in Siouxland.
Management is alright, but completely not understanding. I pay them $900 dollars a month automatically out of my checking account. And they switched something with their system. So my electricity is now paid to them. I had it set up automatically to pay that bill each month before it switched. But now that it is paid to them, it doesn’t come out automatically, for whatever reason. Instead of attempting to fix the problem, they call me, text me, email me, leave

Strongly do not recommend. Have a look, pretty poorly maintained, and no one seems to care.
I have lived abroad for an extensive period of time; I also have moved out of state multiple times, and I have done 7 of those moves virtually. Meaning, let’s have a quick zoom and have a look at the place. That has gone well, 6 out of 7, times. This apartment lied to me about what the apartment looked like and was not willing to show me the unit I was attempting to move into. The problem was - there were no other choices.
Hopefully I’ll get my security deposit back but I highly doubt it.
Strongly

Would not recommend. Roaches! 3 roach treatments in my first month living there and its still an issue. It's disgusting. I foresee this being an issue for the length of my lease and they won't release me even though they know it's unsanitary living conditions. They're difficult to work with. Their solution is to just continue spraying chemicals in the apartment. Roaches confirmed not just in my apartment.

I been there since the previous management. The new staff is good but Miss Elle Brown is the BEST. She really have ears for people problems and made sure to understand and, provide the appropriate value. She has been able to help with most of my issues even when I lost my temper because of a situation she answered really well. I finally calm down because of the way she overcome the situation that brought me to them. I really am grateful for the way she treated me and I wish her to continue doing the great job. Thank you Miss Elle Brown!!!🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I lived here many years ago. The management at the time lied to me about rent and were acting in a very threatening manner when I complained. They stole my rent deposit. I was young then and did not know any better. I have a friend who used to live here and they would nickel and dime him to death with made up fees. Stay away from them.

Had a friend move out about 2 months ago, had signed their moving out form (meaning that she informed them ahead of time about leaving). She was told that her deposit would be sent with in 30-60 days after moving out, because they had to review the apartment and clean it which is understandable. She was just informed that she still owes those 2 months of water, garbage and sewer of $100+ from that apartment she hasn’t lived there in almost 3 months and that rent is still owed because they hadn’t rented that apartment until just 10 days ago. Which I may say she was told multiple times that she
