Wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone who lives in Sioux City or morning to Sioux City. Our two bedroom apartment was a living hell. We moved in and there’s was mold underneath the sink to which it took a week to “fix” in other words pour bleach on it and say it was “fixed”. About two weeks in our ceiling started to get water damage and the texture completely fell off. I had to basically had to ask them and go into the office over 6 times. The complex is dirty, there was puke right next to our entrance door for 5 months straight until the rain washed most of it away. Don’t

We were going on year 5 at Summit at Sunnybrook, ready to renew a new lease, when the maintenance guy, Scott, decided to get nasty to several residents at the complex. He went as far as calling our place of employment and filing a false complaint against us because we asked him to do his job. Pretty scary that someone would go to those lengths just to get back at someone. He admitted to it and wanted to apologize, but was told by HR to stay away from us. He’s still employed at Summit!! How this can happen and they keep him on payroll is crazy to us!!

We chose for our family to live at The Summit two years ago after not finding much of a selection of houses to rent that were updated and appropriately priced. We enjoy the space our apartment offers, modern amenities, and large closets. In our experience, the office staff is considerate and courteous and the maintenance team is very helpful.
Having snow removal is a definite plus!

We didn't have a very good experience living here. The first year or so wasn't bad because we didn't have any issues with other tenants. After that first year, some very loud tenants moved in above us. We dealt with the noise without complaint. After a couple months, I found that there was waste from an animal on our deck that had fallen from the deck above. I cleaned this up and brought it to the attention of management. After it occurred a second time, I went upstairs to talk to the tenants. The next day, I reported this again to management. I was told not to confront other tenants and they would

I love my new home! It is so peaceful and my apartment feels quite spacious and full of natural light. I have not run into sound/noise issues (some foot steps and vacuuming noise from people above me, but it is pretty minor compared to different places I’ve lived). The staff has been helpful and maintenance is quick to fix any issues I’ve had. I’ve also met some great people around the complex. Very happy here.

I've been living at the Summit a few months now and am enjoying it very much! The community is safe, clean and management is responsive if you need something looked at or fixed. Its also really nice having a pool and gym on site. The rec room is always immaculate too, with a nice lounge area and community kitchen. Plus the mail room is very secure compared to other apartment buildings, in my opinion!

The Summit at Sunnybrook Village is a great place to live. The amenities such as the pool and gym specifically are wonderful and well worth it. The community is so welcoming with a calm, yet joyful environment. The staff is very kind and are always there to help. I had requested a bike rack and within hours they had fulfilled this request. The laundry/kitchen utilities are all up to date and work great. They are a bit on the higher pricing side, but it is well worth it. The mail services and office assistance are also outstanding. The only complaint I have is the cost of the garage parking but

The Summit is in such a nice location, it’s near a lot the shopping areas. This apartment is very quiet and spacious. If you’re looking for a great place and have dogs this is the one. There’s a dog park and many greatly placed “doggy doo stations” to keep the lawns looking nice. Awesome place to live.

I have lived at the Summit for over 3 years. I previously lived in a house and needed to not have the upkeep and responsibilities of owning. I absolutely love living at the Summit. It meets all my needs plus some. The office and maintenance staff are exceptional. They are always willing to listen and very accommodating. I am very happy here and wouldn’t live anywhere else. Life is good at The Summit!!!!

While the apartments are nice, they're over priced and filled with hidden fees. On top of it all, if you're unable to pay 100 plus a month for a garage the parking situation is horrendous. I often have to walk long distances to get to my apartment because of lack of parking and have been met with one instance where there was literally no parking at all, forcing me to park at fleet farm over a mile away and walk in the below freezing cold in the dark. This will only become more of a problem as the add more housing. They will charge random maintenance fees, tow your car without proper
