All of our counselors are accredited and licensed by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. For almost a decade, we've been supporting patients battling tough addictions. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone. I have left so many voicemails and I have to call 10 times a day to speak with someone only for them to tell me that they will have to call me back with results. Of course I dont get a call back so I call again and again. It's been 2 years and I'm so frustrated with it all. I've completed everything and all I want is for them to push my paperwork forward and let me know the steps to take from there but I keep getting the run around. That administration fee is a total RIP off, you're paying to do all the work yourself and work even harder to

I can't possibly say enough about how GREAT this place and JAN BOYCE are!!! After having a BAD experience starting off with Al-Con, I started over here. The instructor is the just the BEST! The classes are so very educational, while given in a comfortable environment. Doesn't feel like a class, but a meeting, where everyone gets to know and cares for each other. Jan is a kind and caring person, and you can't help but like her immediately. And she genuinely cares for us as well.
