Changed over from State Farm due to lack of customer service. Left after 23 years, new owner not receptive to customer service. Account included Auto, Home and Business. Searched for a month the areas independent agencies and found Greg Fay Insurance to be the most responsive. Met with Greg on multiple occasions to iron out details and review coverage. Promised a yearly insurance review which All State never did, offer to do or even suggest it. In closing out the All State account, Fay Insurance handle the whole deal and followed up to make sure I received them the refunds. The Fay agency made
