I have reported to the apartment management several times that the resident in the apartment above me pours liquid waste from her balcony. I was told by Samantha that she is “cleaning” her balcony. So this liquid includes cleaning chemicals. These chemicals were almost poured on my sister and 8 year old niece and 7 year old nephews while visiting me. It is a hazard as the chemicals could be poured on any passerby.

I relocated to Capriana summer of last year from Los Angeles and have been loving it. The leasing office staff and maintenance team are friendly, professional, wonderful and always eager to assist. It's very quiet, peaceful and clean here. There's amazing restaurants, shopping plazas and hiking trails nearby. Costco, Target, 99 Ranch are all 12 minutes or less away. The school districts are also wonderful from what I hear.
To be honest, I have moved seven times in the last ten years and I never felt like any of the places I have lived in felt like home until I moved here. There's also food trucks

Moved in recently and it has been a great experience. Apartment is large and well maintained. Maintenance staff is incredibly responsive. The pool and gym have nearly everything you could want. And above all the front desk staff, Alex and Habeeba, have been incredibly responsive and made the move from out of state a breeze

I’ve lived here for a year now and the only reason I’m leaving is because my commute to work increased and it’s hard to sustain. This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The staff are so kind and courteous and responsive to our needs. I truly wish I could live here forever. Rent is a little pricy but you get what you pay. There is ample parking for yourself and guests if you decide to throw parties. The amenities are beautiful and well taken care of. New pool and clubhouse are very nice. The team is always awesome and responsive and deliver packages whenever you need. If you are concerned about parking, there's plenty of spots for you and visitor parking near every building. I work from home and so far it's been quiet, other than a peep here and there.

Lived here for 2 years. The management is a scam. They will do whatever it takes to help their business but will act friendly to you. When moving out, I was told I wouldn’t be charged for painting and I would receive my deposit back. This scan management charged me $200 for painting and other random charges. Now they’re saying I owe them money because the deposit didn’t cover it. Hahaha what frauds. The apartment may seem cheap for the price but trust me, it is not worth staying there. I wish I had not resigned the last time. It was a big mistake.
