My husband and I lived in this apartment complex for 2 years and we really enjoyed living here. The front office staff (Mary and Jeanette) and maintenance staff (Carl) were easy to communicate with and very friendly. They were always there to answer any questions. Carl is a very busy man, but always managed to resolve any maintenance issues we encountered. We really liked that the complex allowed us to bring our dogs with us and that they provide a little dog play area for them. We definitely would recommend this place.

I had the opportunity to rent an apartment at The Summit for the last year and want to share my experience.
1. Staff - A+ Mary the property Director is on it. She is always available for questions and follows up with the tenacity as if she owned the facility.
2. Property - A+ The majority of all of the apartments have been upgraded. The common areas are clean and upgraded. The pool is pristine.
3. Cleanliness - A+ I did not have any issues with bugs. The common areas are immaculate.
4. Atmosphere - A+ Family friendly and safe. My neighbors were great and everyone looked out for one another

The Summit has been the best all-around home I’ve ever had. Mary and Jeanette have been so good to us. They always respond immediately and get whatever we need done right away. They send you friendly reminders, rather than warnings and fees. They go out of their way to makes sure we’re taken care of. You can tell they really care. Even Carl the maintenance man is amazing. He’s always at my door right away with a big smile and a positive attitude, fixing things we didn’t even ask to have fixed. He once saw me struggling to close my window, and came to fix it! The landscaping is beautifully

This is a great apartment in the area. They are up to date, the maintenance man CARL is always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. All I hear are good things about this man from other residence. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others. CARL YOU ARE AMAZING, IF YOU LEAVE I LEAVE.

First time moving out and The Summit made it easy.
I checked many other apartments in Chino Hills/Diamond Bar and The Summit easily has the best units!
Such a great neighborhood, it's quiet, beautiful, and the community is so friendly.
The staff hear are also all great and helpful.
Would easily recommend to anyone that is looking to move to the area.

I have lived at the Summit for almost 4 years and I cannot recommend the Summit for the following reasons:
12 months of trash overflowing in the trash area, and on the ground. (See the photos below). It was so unhealthy, I had to call the health department twice last year to get things cleaned up.
Recently, my washing machine stopped working and it took over 3 weeks for a replacement. I don't consider that as being very responsive to my needs.
Also, the monthly water, sewer, and trash bill continue to rise every month due to having only one shared meter and because the bill is calculated

I love this place. I have been living here for the past two years. Mary and Jeanette have been great always quick to resolve any issues. Carl also very friendly handy man. Its very quite and family friendly. Have never had an issue with any of the neighbors everyone is very respectful and considerate! Keep up the great work guys!

I lived at the Summit for 3 1/2 years and had a great experience, my son and I will miss it.The location is wonderful , my son and I hiked every weekend right up the street and veterans park is right down the street where they have concerts in the park during the summer and is a really nice park to just walk around, very safe area. The apartments are large and the parking is adequate. You get a garage and a parking space, there is also convienant street parking also. The management team, led by Mary answered the bell for me every time. Anything I needed she and her assistant were right on top

I recently moved to the city of Chino Hills. The Summit is located in a beautiful and clean area of Chino Hills. It is very peaceful & clean here. Mary, the property director, is extremely courteous, professional and her responses are always immediate to any questions or concerns we may have via email or telephone. The team here seem to be constantly striving to make sure your home is comfortable. The tranquil setting in nature here is so peaceful to take in.

Beautiful apartments and a beautiful area, I've never had any problems at all, i just recently moved out because I was fortunate enough to find a house for my family but I've always loved living here, they just renovated the apartments, and just installed a new gazebo with gas bbqs and firepits, they have a brand new fitness center, and a playground for the kids! I would most definitely reccomend living here, and Mary in the office was super helpful before, during and after my move in process, definitely go and see her!
