A completed and signed Residential Lease Application, for each person 18 years of age or older. Our screening process includes a credit check, criminal back ground search and sex offender registry search. Additionally, we require income documentation and rental references.

Campagna and Associates have been an incredible realty agency. I recently moved from Denver to Dallas, and given a rocky period through Covid I had a lot of issues securing housing quickly before starting my new job here. Many of the other big corporate apartment communities weren't even responding to me on my rental applications, and I was really doubting I would find an apartment before my job start date until I found the Campagna property.
AJ, Chelsey, and the rest of the crew answered all my calls and texts and helped me get everything sorted while I wasn't even in Dallas yet. They went by

I moved into a property on Fitzhugh in April and I have loved this company from the get go, Cory showed me the apt, he was funny, had a great attitude, and was honest.
The few minor issues I've had were quickly handled.
They are diligent about pest control which is awesome because at my last property they could not have cared less.
The property is well maintained.

We LOVE Campagna! We just signed our second lease with them and are extremely humbled by the great work they have done on our move-in with our new lease. We truly feel like they care about their tenants and the reputation of their well-kept properties. We know this is a hard season for any kind of real estate and they are absolutely crushing it. Office Admin, Maintenance, Realtors to Owner (Anthony Sr)… they are direct and take care of the owners and the tenants.

This is a great management company! The application and signing process was simple and straightforward, and they did extra upgrades before I moved in without prompting. The apartment was spotlessly clean when I moved in.
I recently had a couple of non-urgent maintenance requests, which were handled promptly (one within a couple of hours!). The apartment is in a great neighborhood, is safe and secure, and is priced fairly. I highly recommend renting from these folks.

We worked with a realtor at Campagna Real Estate who we enjoyed at first. After seeing a few houses, the realtor completely stopped responding to us without reason. We had ongoing texts about seeing a different house and even called multiple times never to get a response. We eventually stopped following up and still never received any kind of response from the agent.
I would not recommend anyone use Campagna for anything real estate related as their realtors are very unprofessional and clearly don’t care about the customers they work for.

I can't thank Campagna and Associates enough - they have taken away any and all anxieties of renting out my property. Their handyman is phenomenal, does great, valuable work, and gives detailed reports which they upload into a portal that is easily accessible. On top of that, their response time has always been immediate, while they have been patient and respectful with my delayed responses. They also placed a tenant, who has been amazing, within a week of listing the property. If you're looking for someone to manage your property in the area, I would recommend them 100% of the time. I have nothing but positive things to say about Campagna! I've been renting from them since October 2019 and the whole process has been seamless. Every maintenance request is taken care of quickly, and they always let you know ahead of time if someone needs to get into the house. They're extraordinary property managers and I plan on resigning my lease with them.

I have leased from Campagna and Associates for over 9 years. Every time I have had a maintenance issue it has been completely repaired in a fast and neat manner. Mr. Campagna has his properties well taken care of by his property manager Beau who follows the repair and repairmen so you don't have to. They ALWAYS call me and let me now they are on their way and clean up well after the repair to put things like they were. I feel fortunate to have my home cared for by such an efficient team.

The online request system for maintenance is easy and very helpful. If I need something fixed, I simply go to the rental portal and send a request for maintenance. After it is recurved (usually within hours), I am sent an email that my request was received and that a worker is assigned to my request. The maintenance person calls ahead to make sure they can enter address if needed. I am very pleased with this response time and quality of work. I have been renting for almost 6 years. Although I rent this house, I treat it like it is my home and I am thankful that Campagna ensures that it is safe
