Clarke has been a Independent Real Estate Appraiser in Twin Cities Metropolitan market area since 1983, Clarke has a portfolio of over 10,000 fee appraisals. Additionally, he is Certified as an Real Estate Valuation expert witness in County, State, and Federal court testimony. In 1971, Clarke graduated from the University of Hawaii's School of Business.

Clark was only interested in how much he was going to get paid. I said I was uncomfortable with the start of this conversation as he told me nothing about what he could do for us. He was immediately defensive and said "I've been in business 12 years and no one has complained before" and I said good bye. Wow, worst experience I've had in any sales capacity. Google makes you give 1 star, I can't even give that!
