She relocated to western New York and opened Inner Balance Chiropractic on her own, serving families and individuals in Amherst. Building a wellness-oriented chiropractic care center started with a dream and Dr. Alison's chiropractor suggesting she consider the profession. Dr. Arianna joined the practice and is happy to be serving patients in her hometown.

I came to Inner Balance with what felt like chronic lower back pain. The innovative approach, the non invasive technique being used and of course the kind, caring and knowledgeable staff is the reason I continue to come here.
I am very happy with the results. My back now has very minimal days of pain. I've seen a better energy, flexibility and sleep pattern emerging on a daily basis. I recommend the staff and what they do to anyone who suffers from major to minor aches. The comprehensive consultation will be worth it and the treatment plan will do wonders.

I can’t thank Inner Balance enough. Gentle chiropractic care and nice comfortable environment. The staff is compassionate and friendly. Since the first adjustment haven’t had one migraine, sleeping better and no more neck pain. I have been dealing with symptoms since an accident for well over a year and my only regret is not seeing Dr. Arianna sooner. I highly recommend Inner Balance!

IBC has made a world of difference with my lower back issue. Dr. Allison is the best. Always smiling. One would think she is high all the time and she is. She is high on life and making your life the best it can be. If you are not a client and have back pain you should be. Less invasive than surgery and a lot more fun.

This practice is awesome! I was skeptical about visiting a chiropractor but the wonderful doctors here have convinced me that I should have been visiting them long ago. I have sciatica and was in so much pain before seeing Dr. Arianna. I am sleeping better and feeling great. The atmosphere of this business is so calming and relaxing. I look forward to my visits. They also help the community by doing fund raising and collecting items to donate. In addition to those things, I love that it is a business that is owned by a woman who employs women. The staff are caring toward patients and each other
