I received a ticket for an ordinance violation and was surprised to find out it could turn into a misdemeanor. This came as a surprise to me since the officer assured me this was a ‘minor issue of no importance’. After discussing this with Mr. Foley, he determined that I had a strong case. Having said that, he cautioned me that these situations are unpredictable. He called the city attorney to discuss the situation and after presenting my case the city simply dropped the case. I contacted Roger regarding an old warrant from a 2003 DUI that I was unaware of until a Background Check for employment. After attempting for months (with no results) to clear this issue on my own I found Roger through a Google search.

When I contacted Roger P. Foley for legal help I was dealing with an alleged assault/battery charge. I was very fortunate to have been directed to The Law Office of Roger P. Foley for my case to terminate my Probation early. As in all Court procedures a person can not leave anything to risk with proper logistics of paperwork and logistics of proper procedures that could go unnoticed in the Court Process. I have to be honest, I don't really trust attorneys and Im usually very apprehensive but Roger made me very… comfortable from day 1. I met Roger 16 years ago, when I was doing mornings at 99 Jamz, I've reffered him Numerous clients from all walks of life. From DUI to Drug cases and they were all beyond pleased with his service.
