Services
We are a fully equipped facility offering wellness exams and vaccinations, surgeries including spay and neutering, mass removals and emergency procedures. We have a surgery suit, Digital Radiology, and a full in house laboratory. We offer boarding with hand-walking three times a day in our fence in yard.

Well kept, clean lobby with decently kind support staff. The pricing for all procedures I was provided for my cat were fairly priced and medically indicated.
The only issue would be that Dr. De Fox's bedside manner (towards me, not my cat) is not exactly why I am used to.
She is a bit gruff and can come off a bit rude. But I believe she does care about the animals cared for, which does help.

So the vet here is not going to make you feel all warm and fuzzy about your pet, necessarily. Is that what a vet is supposed to do? I want my vet to be experienced, knowledgeable, able to prescribe the best course of action for my pet. That's what you get at Brandos: consummate professionalism. Love her.

Critical: Responsiveness, Value
I requested several times to sent a detailed invoice of the services for my two pets. I did not receive it, and they were not specifics about the charges. Also, my pets got a vaccine that was not notified. Lack of miscommunication is a major issue. I’m very disappointed with their service and they charged me 400.00 for two nights.

Seems like they hire anybody off the street lately all usual staff is gone I thinkthey were always very nice and welcoming so employees are never consistent or have any interactive customer service skills now they're kinda just there and make clients feel awkward like it's not really a clinic they just take your pet but don't say much to you or ask anything like 99 percent of other assistants do vet seems to do all the talking even at that it's vague. Also I feel in regards of tcurrenthe staff they don't have professional knowledge in this field so I'm gonna look into another vet
