Went on "Boxing Day;" even Sunday they offered lunch specials. My son's vegan, his girlfriend vegetarian, I'm neither, regardless we had a great spread of appetizers and entrees. Food excellent, ditto for service, "spot on" and everything exceeded (high) expectations, very reasonably priced. They even gave us a mask "to go" since we were short one and were shopping later. I'd been curious about this place, will definitely be back!

We went for a late lunch and were thrilled by how good the food was. We ordered chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. While the CTM price was on the higher side, it was also a very generous portion (and very good) so we felt like we got our money's worth. The garlic naan was also excellent--crisper than most, but we really liked it.
The restaurant was also very well kept, clean and nicely decorated. Service and food presentation were both good.

Walked in at 2:38 - hours on the door sat they are open until 3 - and they would not let me eat - claimed take out only. Not a great way to accommodate business. Went down the road instead.

I enjoyed my chicken Tikka masala! It was the perfect spice. I asked for mild & that is what I got. 2 yrs ago when I was traveling thru this town I stopped here. I enjoyed it so much, I backtracked that week to come here for a second dinner! So I was delighted when I drove by here again last week, because I didn't remember the restaurant name. I had the same very attentive, but not intrusive server that gave a one top the same service as a larger table. Great food, great service!

I took my son for an early dinner here the other day. I'd been wanting to try it. My favorite standby Indian restaurant let me down the last few visits, so I was hoping to find a new favorite place. A dear friend of mine is a fabulous cook from New Delhi, so I hold Indian restaurants up to the standards she has set for my palette- if it's not as good as Doris's- I'm not likely to return!
Decor: very modern and beautiful.

Had a great dinner with friends. Drink prices are high, but, Westport, right? We had samosa & chaat appetizers which were very good. The accompanying sauces were good but a little watery compared to others. Missing was the red onion condiment we usually enjoy. Dinner was a variety of entrees, all were flavored well. About $45 per person with apps, drinks, entrees and tip.

Came here the other night because I bought a Groupon for this restaurant. Omg I can't say enough good things about it! The service was great, the food was absolutely delicious! The restaurant itself is just a nice setting. We didn't wanna stop eating! We ordered the Chicken-65 and the Aaloo Tikki Chaat for appetizers- amazing and generous portion sizes. My boyfriend ordered the Chicken Vindaloo for his meal and I got the Chicken Madras. We ordered Chicken Keema Naan also which was very well made. We had enough to take home and eat for lunch the next day! Couldn't resist ordering

Limited tables - huge space
Servers wear masks
And they take ur information in case of contact tracing
We had
- samosas (2 per serving, huge)
- chicken rolls masala
- naan (so so so good)
- sang paneer
All good. Lots of left overs.
Was so delish I forgot to take pics. Guess I will have to go back!

My delivered order tonight has made me decide to shun all take out forever. Take out orders in my experience have no quality control or care given to them. In spite of the fact that so many of us are trying to support restaurants in this time of COVID. Another complete waste of funds. Chicken wings: tasteless. Pekora: fried in ancient oil. Naan: missing vital ingredient ( see photos). Entrees: heavy and greasy. Everything ended up in trash.
I have dined in-house many times. They've lost at least 2 customers.

HORRIBLE!!! Run don't walk past this place! The food is super expensive and disgusting all at once. The owner has a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE as well. We ordered the mixed grill sampler-- DISGUSTING! Dried up rolls of what is reminiscent of beef jerky in what they say is lamb and chicken, but who knows what it really is!?! Huge dry pieces of chicken breast. The only saving grace was the chicken tandoori. No rice...WHAATTT?
Just RUN...not worth your time!

Had some take out the other night. Was excellent. A little more expensive than my usual take out place, which isn't the greatest, but the quality was soooo much better. I just wanted the basics, biryani, tikka masala, samosas and stuffed bread. The biryani was excellent, had a good kick. Loved the masala, great sauce. Never had goat cheese naan and will always get it again. Didn't know an order of samosas came with 2 so I had some for lunch the next day. They were huge. So the quality was great and the price was what I would expect if I ate at a restaurant.

I have heard about their table side weekend brunch that led me to this place, though it is about 50 + miles from my home. We have had table-side unlimited food in a now-closed down Indian restaurant in downtown New Haven and I was expecting somewhat similar standards. Overall, the choices of dishes were very less. I mean, there are a few Indian restaurants in CT that give many more items on weekend buffets for the same price. It's a 3-course meal, starting with an appetizer, main course curry - bread, and dessert. I did not like both the desert options we were provided with ( I have seen better

Table side buffet! Why don't more restaurants do this? The feel of a la carte but, the price of a buffet! They even include a red, white, beer or soda!! The food was outstanding, even if it was geared more towards an American pallette. The butter chicken is as authentic as it gets & of course the Naan is delish! A mango pudding at the end puts you over the top into a food coma.

Very good ambience. Table buffet with 4 starters, 2 desserts, 5-6 veg main course and 2 non-veg main course, 4 varieties of Naans, complementary beer/soft drinks.
I would have preferred spicier starters. Murg curry, veg. Curries, naans are good. Everyone takes Kheer for granted bit this is one of the very few places, if not the only one in the area to make good Kheer.

Thought I'd try this new Indian place out given it was well reviewed and I was in the area. I came a little after 1:00 for their lunch buffet and was not impressed. It is a pretty restaurant but the variety available wasn't great. Also it seemed as if the food had been sitting for a while so most of it was over cooked.
There are much better alternatives for Indian food in the area so I don't think I will be back.

I had a great first experience at The Naan! I came here for lunch with a group of 5 coworkers on a Friday. They have a lunch buffet which we didn't know about in advance but it worked out well because we had two people with us who were newbies to Indian food. It was easier for them to try different things at the buffet instead of ordering off the menu. The Naan was originally recommended to me by someone who couldn't stop raving about their Aloo Gobi (which I still have to come back and try). This wasn't on the buffet menu on this day but they had a different type of cauliflower

I saw their grand opening sign this past Friday on the way home from work. Only moved in a month ago and it's been a struggle to find ethnic foods in the area. I was craving some spicy curries and naan Saturday morning and couldn't wait for them to open up their weekend lunch buffet. Bf and I were the first to enter and begin our feast.
Weekend had a wide variety of veggie and meat selections. Meats included chicken, fish, lamb, etc. They have mini dosas with the usual potato filling. Buffet meal includes 1 naan of your choice. Lots of chutneys and pickled items to test out. I loved
