I wanted to make some changes during the open window period. I was interested in changing my Advantage HMO to a Medigap supplement. I was trying to navigate this on my own and felt overwhelmed as to make the right change for my needs. I am so very thankful i turned to Blue Wave and feel such continued support. I was pleased with the support and help from Bluewave when i had to enroll in Medicare for the first time. I had already select my Medicare Supplement plan and Christian Villa walked me through all of my insurance company coverage options, helping me to select the most cost effective company. He then went through my current prescriptions and… recommended a Part D coverage that was the least out of pocket cost (including prescription costs and monthly premium) and with a pharmacy that has locations through the state and even the country if I travel. And he set up my automatic payments too

I highly recommend Bluewave Insurance Services to help navigate the Medicare process. I found Erica and Alex to be extremely helpful in exploring my options and choosing plans that fit my needs. Erica Sarver was patient and knowledgeable and followed up with me as she said she would. I didn’t find that to be true with another company I had contacted prior to working with Bluewave. My husband asked for only email correspondence and Alex Wender with Bluewave Insurance was exceptionally accomodating. Due to hearing impairment, while he has a phone for emergencies, he does not conduct business on it. Mr. Wender did not insist on doing everything over the phone. I highly recommend him.

When I started looking at Medicare G options online I was directed to Bluewave. Alex Winder and his Spanish-speaking associate (I speak Spanish as well)whose name I cannot recall at this time, provided everything a first time client needed. The rates I was quoted and the company they selected for my needs were optimal. They checked in with me… periodically to see how all was going and I was extremely satisfied, despite them being in CA and me being in Ohio. These agents were patient and excellent communicators of the services they offer. I recommend them highly.

Blue Wave helped us find the right RX plan for my husband as he went on Medicare. It's very confusing--especially with all of the mailings, phone calls, and even agents knocking on our door, (illegal visits, I might add). They took time with us, very patient, and walked us through the whole process.
Even more surprising was the email this fall explaining the enrollment period--that we didn't have to do anything. I'd been worried about that so I was grateful for the information.

Alex Wender has managed my MediCare Supplement file for two years now. He did the original research for me when I did a blind inquiry for supplemental insurance and provided info on several plans in my zip code. He followed up (promptly!) on all my questions, helped me make the best selection at that time, told me how I could upgrade when a better plan became available, and checks in with me during 'open periods' to make sure I am in the plan I want and need!! He has done an outstanding job for me!
