Negative 5 stars! Power Realty is a learning experience for me. I had a 1,500.00 and they gave me back $109.00!! Absurd! When I left the house was EMPTY No holes in the wall no trash! It wasn't fully cleaned, like deep cleaned, however it was no 1,400.00 to clean it up. Mind you, including power realty when you are in that industry you get deals with vendors. What they charged me for was nowhere near any vendor prices and goes way beyond. I'm a realist so I was being on the safe side thinking maybe 500 at the most definitely $300 for a good deep clean for the house again mind you I said DEEP clean

RUN! Run as fast and as far away as possible. These people are shady and modern-day slumlord scammers -_-
1) Tried to rent a house from them, they said no one had even filled out applications yet (cool story bro), go home immediately, fill out application, call them back, they say it will "take some time to contact our old landlords (I rented from these people before, they pick up their phones on the first ring), they then proceed to tell me that they cannot be reached, and they couldn't manage to pull credit reports on me, so I kept calling them back on the hour to ask if I could reserve the
