The team at E & G Real Estate Services has been managing a number of our properties for the past several years. In the rare instances that tenant concerns have come in, they have always been swift to respond in the most polite and professional of manners. We have always had a positive experience when we have needed to have.
Marketing: Properties can go live in as little as 24 hours! Once our listings have been activated we provide maximum exposure on the internet and Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Our internet marketing is exposed on Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, Craigslist, RentLinx and various other well-known real estate websites.
We always love to purchase properties below market that will appreciate in value but also bring in some great cash flow in the meantime. It doesn't end there though. Sometimes there are decisions to be made, and that depends on your short and long term goals. When we discuss equity in this context, we are talking about under market value homes as well as properties expected to appreciate quickly with little more than routine maintenance.

Esther Bronsteyn at E &G is the most amazing realtor I’ve met in my almost 40 years of buying and selling homes. Main difference? She cares, as if it’s her own purchase. They tried to act like our lease extended another month because of an apparent typo in their system, our lease states it’s end date clearly so they acted as though the issue was resolved and did the move out. When our security deposit was to be returned they applied it to the rent for the month we did not live there and was never a part of our lease along with not notifying us and allowing $400 in late fees to accumulate. It has now been two weeks of calling and emailing and we have received no update on the issue. ZERO STARS and I was a tenant for four years. We had a multitude of complaints

I rented with E&G for 4 years and was going to rent longer. Was told by one of the numerous "managers" rent would go up 15-20% they then it was suddenly increased by 35%. The entire move out process was terrible. One person promised one thing then another said otherwise. Good prior to moving in. Very quick responses before giving them my money. Now that I moved in and they have my money they are very poor at coordinating. I have lots of maintenance issues and it has been two weeks and they still haven’t gotten anyone out here to fix ANY of them. I can’t even use my front door and they can’t get someone out here to fix it. Had I known they would be this bad with maintenance and it would take this long I would have fixed all of this stuff on my own but I shouldn’t be the one paying for it. If I could give negative stars I would. This group is atrocious, terrible communication and constant extra charges. Just paid $200 on top of my rent because of a maintenance request, but we never got informed beforehand that this would be different then our previous maintenance requests, which we never got charged for. They also had a sprinkler break which caused areas to flood. This lead to an ant infestation since they took weeks to fix it and they blamed us for it. Claiming we'd need to pay for an exterminator. Don't use this company no matter what!

Extremely disappointed with the entire move out process from our college students Rental. Received absolutely ridiculous charges that were not disclosed to us would have been our responsibility. Replacing lightbulbs in the oven and refrigerator? Seriously?Strongly recommend that before contracting with this agency you review the rental agreement thoroughly. Additionally would request a walk-through with an agent one week prior to having to be out of the house to find out exactly what is expected of you.

From the time we moved in, this company has been a disaster to work with. First of all, they claimed they "professionally cleaned" the house before we moved in, and there was a quarter inch of dirt of every surface of the house. Fast forward a month or two, and our pool maintenance that we were PAYING FOR in our rent was no longer happening. We went three or more months with a pool that was completely green. I suggest leasing with any other person or servicer. Of a 12 month lease, I physically lived in this property from July to December (4 months) . From December forward I had to find other living arrangements.
Our Tempe property was broken into, then harassed until our move out date in June (8 months). The only help we received was when motion detecter lights were put in the yard. The owner would not put in cameras because we were not re-signing (for obvious
