I started in the insurance industry in 2011 and have been helping others with their insurance and financial goals since long before that. My experience working for an industry leading insurance company allowed me to work closely with other agents and really learn how to provide customers with the options that fits their situation.
Insurance is not one size fits all. I went to UNC - Wilmington and got my bachelor's degree in finance because I am on a crusade to help people with their finances. I moved to Phoenix in 2017 and was finally able to open the doors to my own agency in 2018. It has been a pleasure seeing my agency evolve and grow and customers turn into family.

I never new I needed general liability insurance. I called coupled places and was greeted by voice mail, one I couldn’t understand. I called State Farm and Elle answered. Elle answeredall my questions and when I wanted to sign up for renters insurance she said she would have a qualified agent call me back. Then I got a call back from Beth, aftershock explained everything to me I told her I had to check with my brother and sister who said it sounded like a good deal. I have been with Adam since moving to AZ in 2019. I had the same insurance person in CA for years and had great service, so this is very important to me. We have had a few bumps during the transition with getting the policy (for me and my son) set up appropriately, staffing changes, and then COVID happened, which was an adjustment for everyone. Then, we bought a house and had to do a lot of transfer of stuff due to that, including adding a homeowners policy and renters transfer. Eventually, we got it all sorted out. There was a lot of back and forth with communication in getting all the details

I typically dread dealing with insurance. However, Sara made my transfer from Texas so easy and painless. Her responsiveness and following up was impeccable. I recently moved to Arizona and transferred my insurance account to Adam Kase with State Farm. Adam and his staff have assisted in making my move much easier.
