Using colon hydrotherapy regularly acts as a strength training exercise for the colon. I believe in educating my clients on how to feed their bodies and the importance of using their breath to induce intestinal wellness. Creating TKO happened organically. It combines my biggest passions in my life: hairdressing and personal training.

Best Personal Training gym in Illinois. 31,000 sf facility with trainers for all needs, whether a couch potato or Professional athlete. All the latest equipment and room to spread out. Highly recommended but you'll need to arrange with one of their 100+ trainers.

Such a great facility. It's huge and the girls locker room is big too - lots of lockers, mirrors, 5 showers, hair dryers, etc. The trainers here are amazing! They're friendly and push you past the imaginary limitations we set for ourselves. Especially Aussie Mike! I enjoy the creative workouts he implements to help me reach my goal. I honestly felt a difference after 1 class and couldn't wait for the next one! You won't be disappointed.

In addition to personal training, they offer jui jitsu, yoga, Pilates, a spa, juice bar, etc (each is a separate cost/affiliate). I love

Review is for the gym. Love my trainer, but the gym is pretty meh.

The prison towels really need to be replaced. They're stained, have huge holes, and feel like sandpaper.

Showers and locker rooms are in pretty desperate need of an upgrade.

With the number of trainers bringing in revenue to the gym, I hope owners can seriously consider some capital improvements.

Go here to meet with my trainer and workout. It is a large expansive space, seems well maintained and has recently opened a coffee/juice bar. My only complaints are the women's bathroom is not so great and I have not seen a locker room for women although it may very well be there but no one took the time to show me. There is also very limited cardio equipment in terms of numbers but most people go here for strength training so you will be able to get a machine. Other then that I would recommend any trainers interested in training their clients or people wanting a wide arrange of strength training

All good except women's locker room. It could use some help. I would be willing to be without the locker room for a week if they would commit to upgrading it. But we could start first with cleanliness. Same piece of litter has been sitting in the shower for over three weeks. And I could live with everything as it is if we could just get new showers.

I've been training here since August 2010. I can't imagine going anywhere else that has quite the space (13,000 sq ft), variety of trainers, expanse of equipment, and such genial and humble owners who are there everyday.

This is an ideal place to work out with a trainer. It isn't a splashy place by any means but has all the gadgets for today's circuit and strength training. It also has a very polite and courteous staff. I also have membership at EBC which is excellent but is such a large facility that it takes a lot of time sometimes going between floors when accessing equipment. My trainer brings me here and we can get so much done in a 60 or 90 minute segment. Like it very much.

I may be a little addicted to the gym and just working out in general. But if lifting is wrong I don't want to be right!

My personal trainer, Christina, has relocated to this muscle haven in the city. From the outside it looks like your standard little gym. Then I walked down the stairs and this place is HUGE! Cardio equipment, weights, karate studio, massage therapy, sauna. I didn't know where we'd start first. Well my trainer had her own special torture prepared for me (dead lifts, prowler, sled drags). After over an hour, I left my sweat on the gym floor and headed to the spacious

I hate working out. A lot! Who doesn't?
Unfortunately, summer means less clothes and more skin exposure.... Ugh. This pushed me to do what I thought I never could this year. With Jon's guidance, I was able to shed the extra inches I wanted to and enjoy all the beach weddings/vacays I had on the calendar. Jon also motivated me to eat healthier and be more active throughout the summer. Highly recommend his services if you need that extra push!

I have been working out with Ian Mack as my trainer for years. I feel like I have been making great progress. Ian pays attention to form, gives good corrections, and varies my work out regularly. I am proud of the results of our efforts.

Located downstairs of the building, this gym has all of the essentials you need for pumping iron, physical therapy, or strength training.

It also has several classes in sessions, a Wing Chun class in particular. I am in that class and it is large enough to have a class of twenty in a private room to study Wing Chun.

It certainly isn't an unscale gym and it doesn't try to be.

I wish HiFi was my gym. Seriously, I know my gym is just the essentials and there is a reason it's so cheap, but this place frequently makes me reconsider joining elsewhere.

The only experience I have with a trainer is Rob (Lekan) and he's great, but every other trainer I've come across has been really friendly and seems just as dedicated to their clients.

As far as the gym goes, the place is actually much bigger than it seems. I remember the first time I was walking through getting the tour and thinking "Oh, it's not bad. Oh, wait, there's more?" The

HiFi is great. Great gym, great people. It's a personal trainer gym, so you must work out with a personal trainer.

I work out with Alex Roura (you can find his page on Yelp too)

I have used Alex for just about a year. He is incredibly professional, and very concerned with your progress. He always takes time to explain the exercises, and what muscles they are focused on. He understands nutrition and can provide a diet plan in addition to workout regimen. He's flexible and typically able to slide you into his busy schedule.

In the last year, he's helped me add 10 pounds to

The HiFi establishment should really do background checks before hiring trainers. Aaron Morrison is a SCAMMER! We signed up for sessions with him and he only showed up for 2. When we called to remind him about our sessions he said he would be there, ready to 'work us out hard' Did that happen, NO. When we called to speak with him, he ignored the calls for days and then was very rude and sent us 4 page text messages vs picking up the phone and calling us back, like a professional would. We had 6:30a.m. training sessions and all we would hear about are the girls the trained from "

If you're like me and simply can't motivate yourself to "really" workout on your own, this may be the place for you. I am very happy that I signed on with Eric Quinn at HiFi. He's kicking my butt, but I feel so much better and have so much more energy lately.

I agree with all the reviews below; the free parking is a plus and the gym is not crowded and you don't get that weird feeling working out with a bunch of strangers - everyone is working out with a trainer and everyone seems quite friendly.

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to lose weight

Alright, I just can't get into the "gym rat" thing. At all. I have tried. SO hard. I don't know why, but I just don't like it. Ok, whatever I KNOW why, but I mean something besides the fact that I'd rather stuff myself with carbs and champagne than do squats and cardio.

Then I figured it out: I don't like all the "gym people" milling about. For as long as I've been working out in gyms, I just don't like the strange social chaos that bursts forth from workout facilities. It annoys me.

So, HiFi, where everyone works out with a trainer. I

Brian Kent has been my personal trainer for the past three years, and I have know him for the past five years. I am a chiropractor who takes great care in my own health and patient's health. I began using Brian to change my workouts and improve muscle development. He was very creative in building my core which I thought was good, developing better muscle definition, and providing stimulating workouts. When I leave his workouts, I have sweat, fatigued the muscle groups for that day's workout, and feel GREAT. Usually after a tough workout, I feel exhausted, but somehow he is able to let

I had never heard of Hi Fi Fitness until my wonderful trainer (Rob L) introduced me to it. I train with Rob at Hi Fi and the best part is that i don't have to join the gym! The gym itself is clean and the times that I go there to train are usually when other gyms are the most crowded, but not this one which is really nice. I've had a few trainers before but they were always through the gym that I belonged to and to be honest, I didn't really think they knew what they were doing, so it's a great place to go with a trainer who knows how to get you in shape!
