Worst place ever. Zero stars negative stars if possible. I got my nails done at this place and 2 days later they start chipping. I was in a hotel in San Francisco so no dishes, no cleaning. Nails are horrible by 3rd day snagging everywhere. I come back it's Christmas. I go to the place today, all I want is FOR THEM TO TAKE IT OFF. That's it. No new job. Nothing. Though I should have asked for it. Because of such a bad job done.

Meh. Technicians are just ok (Amy is great, the rest is not worth mentioning). You wait 30-45 mins past your appointment, regularly. Sometimes your technician is not there at all. Other times, they've just taken another person, no explanation. No one apologies, ever. Oh, and get this - you pay ahead of the services, cash only, so there's no recourse if anything goes badly. No cash? There's an ATM inside that charges $4 extra to go to the management, who's also the owner, so the chances of this place improving is about zero.

I try not to leave bad reviews but today I was treated in an unacceptable way. 2-3 weeks ago I went to get my nails done and I left with my AirPods in my ears but I left the charging case behind. I called as soon as I got home and left my number but they said they hadn't found it and would reach out if they did. Today I went back for my fill and I asked again. I used to be a loyal customer before the pandemic & decided to go back now that I needed a full set done for tomorrow & this is what I got... for $52. The lady doing my nails finished in 30 minutes & moved on to the next client. They over book & do not pay attention to detail the way they used to. If it weren't for the cuticle oil, you'd be able to see how bad my cuticles were & I had nail polish on the side of my finger. Not to mention they have you pay before you even get your nails done, which is pretty sad because it shows how quick they are to take your money

I requested a gel-x manicure and my manicurist had me out in less than 30 minutes… no cuticle trim, slapped on the nail extensions, left clumps of glue and filing dust under the nail. It looks so janky and cheap. I honestly could have done a better job myself at home. They charge $70 for this service. I do not recommend whatsoever

I made an appointment for gel x nails for 5pm, when we showed up at 4:45, the white lady with the bowl cut and baby voice at the front desk told me she didn't have my appointment. Then she slipped up and admitted she had spoken to me that very morning. Instead of apologizing and accommodating me, she was EXTREMELY condescending and insinuated that I had lied about my appointment? It was soooo weird, and unprofessional I was honestly shocked. I recommend do to skip this spot as long as this woman remains here. you've lost two paying customers, so great job there... we have a trip to Vegas

So I decide to give this nail salon one more try just because it's super convenient to where I work. I understand they have a 5 day guarantee so when I noticed 4 days later that my nails were beginning to chip, I gave them a call. Since I was off I asked to come in on a Saturday which they said was fine. Only I came on Saturday and they hadn't scheduled me and I only get an hour break. I easily spend 2+ hours in here so I asked if I could come on a Sunday. I say all that to say that I called within the 5 day guarantee and when they were able to service me they say I'm outside of

Do not come here! I made an appt a week in advance for 6:15. They made me wait an hour and half. 7:45 I walked out. It wasn't because they were short staffed either--they way over book, it was so crowded. The woman in front is super rude. They make you venmo them in advance. I asked for my venmo back when I walked out and she told me "I'll do it later". Avoid!

I received the Emerald Nixie pedicure and let me tell you it was amazing. I got the callous removal and scrub, and the massage with hot towel wrap. It left my legs feeling and smelling amazing. Finished off with a polish and I am very satisfied.
The hostess was very friendly, and Amy the tech was great. Will visit again!

I am new to the area and also new at getting my nails done regularly. I initially liked this salon because of the nail package options and most nail techs did a good job. But after going in every two weeks for a gel manicure & regular pedicure for almost 3 months I will never go back again. I was unaware that every time my gel was removed so was a thin layer of my nail bed. It started to burn when they used the machine to buff off the gel, it burned when I put my nails under the UV light, and the skin around my nails were raw from where they filed off extra polish instead of carefully wiping

Okay.... So the first time I came here, I walked in (no appointment). First thing: check-in area is hectic. People/ lots of talking, you pay BEFORE service/hard to tip this way/ they're missing out on up-selling clients imo.
Second thing: they don't accept card as payment..... you have to use venmo or cash app.... Okay, fine.
Two weeks later..... Next visit, they now are not taking venmo but are taking

If I can only give no star that would be the rating one is too much already!
So my girlfriend availed the Emerald mixie package but this manicurist we forgot her name but her ZELLE account (DUNG) we know because she asked for an extra 5 $ charge to remove the gel polish (according to her you must give the payment personally) Then she cut her toe nail uneven and did not polish her nail completely(see pictures for reference) After doing a terrible job she wanted her to leave right away (The Audacity!!) without waiting for her nails to dry.
I would have done a way better job than this nut job

The most unprofessional business. I called to make an appointment for me and two girlfriends of mine to get full sets and gel pedicures. We show up to our appointment and the woman working acted like she had no idea we were coming. She ignored us and let us sit up at the front and when we asked her when we could get our services done she told me i made an appointment for something i never did and they didn’t have enough techs. No wonder this place is dead. Seriously a waste of time and a waste of office space.

Massage chairs, complimentary beverages and sanitized equipment are all present here. That combination isn't a standard in LA but those are things that I enjoy.

Had to ask for my nails to be painted more as they left them streaked and patchy. 5 of my fingers got the cuticle cut so bad I bled and they proceeded to smother my fingers in ACETONE not once but TWICE! Never apologized for cutting me and making me burn. I figured Hollywood would have great quality but I was sadly mistaken. Will not return.
