Daria Clarke Personal Fitness Training has instituted a highly respected personal service. She is the trainer that will be there for you to make sure you are doing the right exercises, on the right equipment, in the right order so that you get stronger and do not hurt yourself.

Personal Fitness Trainer, Daria Clarke, travels to your home, gym, or office. She appraises and discusses your overall health and stamina and creates a personal exercise regimen suitable for your current fitness level. She then returns to train you from 1 to 3 times each week, depending on your needs, to conduct 45-minute to 1-hour exercise sessions.
Services
A Las Vegas native, Daria Clarke has been "Training with Integrity" as a fitness trainer and aerobic exercise instructor since 1978. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), Daria has been certified by the American Council of Exercise since 1990. In Bozeman, Montana, she was also a managing director and chief of instruction for the region's largest health club, For Ladies Only.
