Driving a Class C RV (mobile home) I had told my punctured dual tire story to, at least, 10 tire repair shops before talking with these guys. JJ Auto immediately said ‘No Problem!’ I was thrilled and shocked with relief. Trip savers. Thank you for their courteous, friendly, can-do experience. I needed an oil change and an inspection on my car. Almost every autobody shop I have gone to has robbed me when an inspection is needed. Telling me I need this or that or I won't pass inspection. Meanwhile my cars are leased and brand new. JJ Miles didn't take advantage of me and didn't break the bank! Will use again and recommend!

I am floored. My husband had been going to this establishment for over a decade for yearly inspections with many of his commercial trucks and the owner had the audacity to DENY HIM any future inspections because he did not give them enough business outside of the inspections. What reputable public business says that to a customer?! Clearly this business does not hold respect as one of their strengths. Will be reporting this to the BBB and DMV. Absolutely unacceptable.

I am very upset that this establishment charged me for a service that I did not ask for. I booked a appointment for a wheel alignment. When I got there they took my truck and said that they could not do the wheel alignment for reasons that they quoted me on. My truck never left the spot that I parked. I did not need the recommendations that were given as I had worked in the automotive repair industry years prior. I simply asked for my keys to leave. They said I had to pay 54.00$ for the quote that was given. The truck never left the spot that I parked it in. The owners son, clearly he was, was
