Martins Landing Apartments

The place is awful, the people that work in the office are even worse, especially donnie specifically. I would never in my life recommend someone to live here, much better options i promise!!

Nothing but great things to say about Martin's Landing. When visiting family the staff at the office treats me like family! This community is always clean, friendly and pretty quiet. Perfectly situated off the highway.

I did not mind living here, however or as much as we pay to stay here you would think it would be a bit nicer. The paint on the walls are cheap if they get dirty you can’t clean it without wiping the paint off. And there’s so much more but to get to my point you would think the look would reflect the price.

I’ve lived here for 15 years and this has been great since I’ve been here. Snow removal has been great and maintenance and the office workers are very friendly and respectful, as a single mom they treat my son as a great role model, Thanks for all you guys have done for me all these years.

Martin Landing has become my family, I truly appreciate how much they do out of the kindness of their heart. I appreciate how they shovel us out of our parking lot and maintenance always answer emergency calls and come right away and call before they come. The office crew is so pleasant and very helpful. I am so happy to had chosen to live here. They also make sure that the property is always clean and safe for us. Thanks Martin Landing for all your love and help for the 6 years I’ve been here. I have only lived in these apartments for approx 3 weeks now, however I would like to point out how amazing the staff has been. I was in a tricky situation and they were so accommodating and caring through out the whole process. Anytime that I need something they are quick to answer and if they don’t know the answer they make sure to find out for you. The only downside is I can hear everyone through out these walls, but I am not used to living in an apartment just yet . Eventually I will probably just tune them out. They falsified information during the application process. Highly disappointed considering the tour of the place went really well. They have some very shady things going on. I've been asking for the documents they claimed my fiance signed, and have heard so many excuses and stories about what happened to it etc. I've asked for several weeks now to see the documents. (I have the emails and phone calls for proof) They have said it will be emailed over but until this day not such action has occurred. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because they don't have an interest in actually helping

I would have gave it a five-star rating but I feel that nothing is perfect. The staff and the amenities are totally awesome. Where else could you live and don't have to have a gym membership. Have 24-hour maintenance service and a very helpful staff. I had a mishap with my carpet had to get it cleaned so I called the office to ask who they use. They tell me All Pro carpet cleaning. I called to which I got a very quick response told him I needed my carpet cleaned ASAP. He got here in a very timely manner was very professional and very neat and cleaned. Recently renovated apartments and homes, very responsive maintenance and management department. The only thing I might complain about is the inspections, they seem to be constant, otherwise not a bad place to live. I live in one of the homes, beautiful area, manageable rent.
