Wouldn't recommend. I got a couples massage and was told I was supposed to ask for a foot massage, but since I didnt "talk" thats why it wasnt included. Second time here and I wont be back. The lady tried to force a $20 tip each, I told her "im not happy" i was supposed to leave happy. But of course she was only worried about her tip. Terrible job. I feel the exact same I felt when I walked thru their door. If you want a good massage go to Relax Feet on clybourn, $28/hour . & they massage your feet without asking..

This place is amazing. Every single massage therapist I've had has been a 12/10--Rita is my favorite though. Their prices are soooo reasonable. I live in the south suburbs of Chicago but found this place before I moved there and I will drive an hour for this place. Just go. Stop looking on Yelp for other places.

My husband and I have been here a handful of times for a deep tissue couples massage. We both work on our feet for more than 12 hrs a day and our muscles are always so tight. Nina and Jason are great! This massage is more than comparable to high end spas that we have been to.

I was able to get in same day and got an EXCELLENT deep tissue massage. I had gotten a good recommendation for Kingston from a friend because I'm leaving the large-and-will-remain-unnamed massage chain because I can never get in for an appointment within a decent amount of time. When you need a masssage, you need a massage! Not TWO WEEKS OUT. I'd much rather support a local company.

My boyfriend and I booked a couple's massage for 60 min. We initially received a call if we would mind changing our appointment to a later time which is the reason for my 4-star rating. Other than that minor detail customer service was great and they made sure to ask if we were fine with a male and female masseuse. Pressure used was perfect. I was able to relax so much that I started to doze off!! Really quiet and tranquil spot.

This place is nice, but the quality of the massages varies. I have been there a handful of times over the years for deep tissue massage and have had some good experiences and some mediocre ones. If you find someone you like, make sure you remember to ask for them because you may be disappointed if you book an appointment with a random person.

This is NOT a professional massage. I got a 60 min deep tissue which was $70. It was not deep tissue and not good. It was an Asian woman jabbing her elbow into my spinal column and she did not massage my neck or my arms.
This was a $28 Chinese Accupressure massage performed with rubber gloves on that I paid $80 for.
I'm not sure where the positive reviews came from. Shady. Save your money and go to Relax Feet and get a better massage for $28.

It was an awful experience. The receptionist/probably owner was asking for more tip and start calling names at me. He should be happy that I did not call the police.The place was not really clean. We asked for Swedish massage and for sure that was not Swedish!!!..! I HAVE GREAT PAINS on my back and my neck 5 days now I hope I will get better soon. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A REAL MASSAGE EXPERIENCE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I went for 1 hr a combo of foot and shoulder. The tables are a very comfortable, relaxing atmosphere too. But I was disappointed the lady she did for me the massage she starts feeling tired she didn't have the strength to do deep massage she was moving around a lot I didn't feel relaxed at all, it's was a waste of my money and time I will not recommend If you want deep tissue massage. Express perhaps but not for 1hr.

I was looking for a local place for a deep tissue massage. I got the 90 minutes combo (60 minute deep tissue and 30 minute foot reflexology.) I also used the infrared sauna which was a nice add on feature. I will definitely come here again. The decor was new and clean. The rooms were spacious and sauna was private. There is a shower available for use. I left relaxed and with my knots released in my shoulders. It was a great value for $85. The staff was very nice, professional and skilled.

For at least 5 years, I have been coming to this place for amazing services! It is important to me that when I call them at any given time, they always have availability. It is peaceful, clean and even customizes some of the massage to my liking, since I go there regularly. In addition, the prices really help to promote me taking care of myself and taking time to relax while I am there. They even offer specials from time to time upon their already reasonable prices!

I give it a 1 star because customer service was horrible! I'm an esthetician and have been working in the industry for years! I went in for the sauna and relaxing massage for my mother and I. From the moment I called to make an appointment the lady on the phone already seemed pretty rude in the way she spoke. Found this place on Groupon. My friend and I wanted to try a Infrared Sauna. I’m so glad that we went!
The Sauna was in a large private room. The Sauna was huge and could comfortably fit two people. It barely got hot inside too.
Within hours my skin instantly cleared up! Their infrared Sauna definitely has some magic powers inside of it!
I highly recommend this place! A must go!

(Note: the only reason I give this place 2 stars is because the first time I visited it was a good experience otherwise I would have given it just 1 star). This place is clean, smells great, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Been here once prior and thought it to be a great place to get a massage because the therapist did an exceptional job and the place is very relaxing. Me and My Wife were very pleased with our massage. Can you imagine $99.00 for a full one hour massage for 2 people. The couples room was very large and quiet. The staff was nice and they were very attentive to my wife's needs. She is very needy and to pass my wife's test say's a lot of good things about the staff here. Thanks

The whole place is very clean with calm ambient lighting for you to relax. We came on a dead day so we were lucky get treated right away.
After getting settled in, both masseuses got right to business without hesitation. I noticed many knots in my back and shoulder as I was worked on. It took about 20 painful elbow rolls over each of them to get rid of too. I must say that I was very impressed with the performance of my masseuse. At one point, I noticed she got on top of my back and used her knees to release
