Kathy has been defrauding my dead parents estate for insurance premiums for over a year- despite my notifying her last April and May of both their deaths and instructing her to cancel their insurance policies. When the owner Jonathan was made aware of Kathy’s theft in June of this year he said he would make sure he fixed it. Instead, the next week, I received a bill for even more money they want to illegally pursue from the daughter of two people who died within 61 days of one another. As though losing both my parents wasn’t hard enough, Kathy at the Hillsboro office has been completely inept
