I’m going to preface this review by saying that there are really nice qualities about this complex. The amenities, the Amazon hub are the two that come to mind. However, in this case the negative outweighs the positive. Hear me out, I appreciate professionalism. These leasing agents are anything but professional. My messages regarding my concerns were ignored, and I would go weeks without hearing back from an agent. The leasing agents are friendly at first, but after you bring up anything remotely negative you are treated differently. Into my next topic — I really just want to warn people about

I have been so impressed since moving in. This has been the most responsive and helpful property management company that I've had to deal with. There were a couple of thing we weren't too happy about when we moved in but, once we brought that up to the front office, it was taken care of immediately. Every interaction I have had with the office staff or maintenance has been great.

It looks beautiful when you are convinced. New buildings, modern apartments but the whole complex is very dirty, dusty and poorly cleaned. They don't have their own cleaning team and always blame the nearby quarries. Swimming pool has already been closed, Hot tube closed all summer... to use the lounge you have to pay a very high price... The gym has been without some bars for a whole year due to lack of maintenance... And you will also discover many hidden fees. Condominium very poorly managed and poorly intended.

I have rented many apartments in Utah and this is by far the best place I have ever stayed. Thank you to the amazing staff. Anna, Danielle, Jaycee they are always happy and willing to help. The location is right next to I-15 to go north or south. the amenities are the best I have ever found. the apartments are in mint condition. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’ve had such a Wonderful experience with Rockpoint Apartments! I recently had to sell my beautiful home and was not looking forward to moving. The amazing people here, have made it such a good experience! Jesse and Anna have been incredible in helping me through every step of the way. Jaycee and Chelsea are amazing!! From the beginning they were helpful and always had a smile on their face! The customer service is beyond exceptional! Maintenance requests are fulfilled very quickly too. The amenities are phenomenal, and the entire complex is to die for! The unit is brand new, with all up to date appliances! We could not be happier living here, thank you for making this home!

Nice & quiet new development. Management had responded very quickly to my previous review and addressed all of my problems.
This apartment complex is very nice and well maintained. It feels safe and very new here. Beautiful gym that’s practically empty all day with a large pool and other great amenities.
