We are always happy to help! Yes, parking is available onsite for our visitors and residents. Visitors to our office can use the designated "office parking" spaces near the rental center while conducting business in our office. Resident parking include open unassigned or reserve a covered parking spot for only $20 a month.

I’ve lived at San Tropez the past 7 months and the experience could not be better!
The office staff is beyond phenomenal and the maintenance is incredibly responsive.
The location is perfect! It’s a quiet neighborhood with a great mix of residents. The District, Daybreak, Herriman shopping are all within a super short drive.

The apartment itself is nice but I wouldn’t call it luxury. The appliances are old and out dated. We needed a new washer from day one. It took over a year to finally get a new one. The grounds are ok but could be kept up better. Trash is always about. Close to shopping but the noise is a lot to get used to. The Manager, Cass, that I have spoken to is always friendly and helpful. She has always listened and helped were she can. The thing I have the hardest time with is the people we share walls with. Not much you can do about thin walls, floors and ceilings.

The maintenance Supervisor, Troy and front office personnel & Manager (Dave & Cass) have been professional and accommodative. The location is wonderful and convenient. I have a small reservation on hearing other's music and televisions through the walls, but it's not as bad as other apartments where I've resided. The appliances are a tad dated, but functional and operational. Again, the professionalism of the front office staff has compensated for any slight reservations I've observed. The character of people , when presented with challenges, makes a big difference.
