We are always happy to help! Yes, parking is available onsite for our visitors and residents. Visitors to our office can use the designated "office parking" spaces near the rental center while conducting business in our office. Resident parking include open unassigned or reserve a covered spot for only $25 a month or a garage for just $125 a month.

I have been living in this place for almost 4 months and I have to say that it is a very pleasant, safe, clean, organized place and if someone needs something you just have to go to the office and those cute and professional girls will gladly help you. The maintenance team is very efficient and fast as well as being very nice people. I really love to be part of this community

One of the best places I have lived so far! The office staff is always attentive, communicative, and ensuring things are how they should be. The maintenance crew is friendly and quick with any requests. And the community is kept up very well, especially considering how many dogs live here.

The staff here have always been great to work with they have always made sure they did their best to accomadate all my requests. This is a great place to live at. I have been here for a couple years and plan to stay longer.
I just want to give a big shout out to a few people Brianna, Ainzlee, Tabatha and the head of maintence Mike these are great people. They recently helped me get garage I really been needing one for awhile and they made things possible even when capacity at the residence is full, they reached out to me and kept in contact when one was available.

I love the apartments at Parc West. I have been here for a little over a year and whenever I have any issues, they are resolved immediately. The complex is always clean and tidy. The office staff is always friendly and resolves any issues or directs the issue to someone who can help. I love the pool (always clean and has cabanas available), gym (even has a playroom for kids), and club house. The only wish I have is that they would make a playground for my kids, but I knew that going in.

I have lived here for 4 years and it has been amazing. There was a blackout and a known issue with the smart switches and maintenance came out same day and replaced the impacted switches. Any issue they have always helped.
Security for cars is a little scary I have caught people late at night messing with my car but fortunately security has helped wish there would be more can be done.
I am on the west side so the train is around but with insulation it is quiet but the doors do rattle.
Over all it has been great and hope to stay.

Seriously the best apartments ever!!! I’ve been here for only 6 months and have loved every second of it. The staff is so nice and will do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Maintenance is quick and Mark is AWESOME! The walls are very well insulated so I never hear neighbors, EVER. The gym is always so clean and has everything you need. The pool is amazing for a nice relaxing summer day. The railroad tracks are right by the complex but is never disturbing or too loud, in a way it’s peaceful. The building in perfect condition, security does not work, this is the second time that damage has occurred to my cars, this time it was my truck they broke the glass in front and the one on the passenger door to steal and remove things from the car . the first time they broke the glass and scratched my car and this is the second incident
