The food was good but have never felt so unwelcome at any restaurant! The restaurant was empty (5 pm) and we were originally seated next to a blaring TV, if we wanted a football game we would have stayed home. Asked to be moved to a quieter table and was seated next to everyone picking us there takeout. The hostess and waiter were more interested in each other than customers. Not going back even though I love Chinese food and the location is within walking distance for us.

Our service was short of five stars, but they were extremely friendly and that had our entire party in a very forgiving mood. It doesn’t hurt that every dish was saucy, tasty, and outstanding. Some of the fusion seemed less Asian and American, but rather Thai and Chinese. Still, we found every single entree to be worthwhile. The dumpling appetizers were also good, but were not as remarkable in flavor as to have us singing their praises. Palm Springs has a dearth of fine Asian food, but this place owns its spot. I hope to dine here frequently in the future.

Had a great experience at Roly China Fusion! Our service was quick, attentive and the food was AMAZING 🤩 My husband ordered the lobster dum sum, which he loved, and I ordered the Brussels Sprouts and the Cauliflower and they were INSANELY GOOD.
We also had a wonderful experience and conversation with Josiah, who had suggested the Lobster dum sum with a side of rice for the sauce. Tired it out and WOW - A great recommendation for others! He would make a great server!
Plus side was we were seated outside by the pool which was so unique 😁

World Class entertainment! Rosemary Galore and her rotating Drag Queens have something for everyone. Old School, new school, out of school. decadent, raunchy, and sophisticated. Rosemary meets each person in the audience where they are, with banter and observations that are truly hilarious. The Queens on Sept 12 were a great mixture. The costumes were out of this world. I have seen drag shows all over the country for more than 40 years. This is one of the very best. Plus the food at Roly Fusion is scrumptious. 9 of us went to brunch and everyone of us from 37 to 67 had a fabulous time. I highly

OMG the food was great. Very tasty and in decent portions.
I think this has to be the only restaurant I have eaten at that did not overcook the shrimp. The shrimp in the dish we had were tender, not rubbery. I am going to guess that it was definitely NOT precooked and reheated.
I will say that the food was a bit slow coming out, but totally worth the wait.

Yikes. Disorganized & disinterested staff. For being a Asian Fusion restaurant, the complete lack of authentic flavors was a surprise. We ordered dumplings to start and rice and noodles. The dumplings were a Monet- presented nice but a mess. All cheap peanuts and wrong mouthfeel.
We looked around and the only other people that looked like us were wiping tables. After an hour of waiting for basic rice and noodles, you look at everyone around you eating and enjoying themselves and it felt weird. It was like we in a parallel restaurant. This was my 1st time here and I won't be returning nor recommending
