Miro, his wife Mirela, and mother Tidja, as well as the rest of the family, have combined homestyle cooking in their corner restaurant, tucked in the beautiful Plaza del Sol in South Palm Springs. The restaurant first opened in 1994, shortly after the Terzic family immigrated from Mostar, Yugoslavia when Slavic, Hungarian, Italian, Greek and German styles of cooking became a welcome addition to the Palm Springs culinary market.
Consistency and food quality, as well as endless devoted hours, gave the family a chance to double their space in 1997. Miro's has grown into an establishment with recognizable elegance, great tasting food, and prompt and friendly service, which even earned the family the front page of the food section of LA Times Thanksgiving Issue in 1999, as well as number of rave reviews by the local food critics.

My family and I went to Miro's for my wife's birthday dinner. We chose this restaurant due to its positive reviews. When booking I told them it was my wife's birthday and I made sure to remind our waiter in private after we arrived. Needless to say on arrival her birthday was not acknowledged, and even the waiter did not wish her happy birthday. Overall we found the service from the waiter and the greeter to be very impersonal and cold. Then when leaving I noticed both the waiter and greeter looked away from us as we walked out and didn't even thank us for coming. Being one of the more expensive

The atmosphere is clean and upscale, no kids that I could see. They have great Belgian beers and martinis to choose from. The food is really good even if it doesn't look fancy, it tastes great. The duck had crispy skin and a great Bing cherry sauce. The cabbage rolls had a delicious tomatoes sauce. The burek was so good! The beef stroganoff was good but I preferred the duck. The service was friendly and quick. I wouldn't go back however, once seemed enough to cover the bases with this one. Not a ton of options on the menu, not celiac friendly, and lots of cabbage. The desserts were good but slightly

Excellent dining experience with fantastic service and incredible food! We came here for dinner with my parents and another couple and each one of us thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Our server was extremely friendly and provided some really great recommendations. She also helped explain some of the dishes listed on the menu as were weren’t familiar with a few of them. The food is considered modern European and everything looked incredible! We started off with an order of the Cabbage Rolls and Burek, which is a traditional Slavic baked pastry with ground beef, onions, potatoes. Both were very tasty

This was my first time visiting Miro’s and I cant wait to go back when I am in Palm springs again! We sat out in the patio area. The temperature was maintained and it was cooler. I was hesitant about how the food would taste given that they have limited vegetarian and vegan options. Their cabbage salad was outstanding! Oh boy! Was the lentil and mushroom bolognese good!!!! One of the best meals I had in my life.
The service was quick and our waiter was prompt and friendly. 5 stars for sure!!!!

I have lived in palm springs for almost 15 years and This was the 1st time I dined here and I was blown out of the water! From entering, the staff was very welcoming and till we left was absolutely fabulous. Each dish made to perfection and so yummy! The bread that they bring you before dinner is to die for And a must have is the cabbage salad! Rick was our server and he made us feel like we were part of the family and took extremely good care of all of us!
