Lets just say that I brought my car in for an initial visit to have something fixed, and I was not at all pleased once the car was done. Justin (the service manager) was more than accommodating and attentive to my concerns. So I brought the car back in and Justin expedited the repair for me and after they were through I could not be more happy with how the whole process was handled. I am happy to say that I will be bringing all of my vehicles back to Advanced. Customer service to me is when something goes wrong in a transaction, the business does everything they can to make a customer feel better

I have finally found a repair shop that I will be using for EVERYTHING. I have never had better customer service or repair service for anywhere else like these guys. From start to finish they were informative every step of the way and walked me through all they're recommendations and took great care of me and my vehicle. Not to mention they got me in last minute before a holiday and had all my repairs done in record time. My repair shop for life. Could not be more pleased.

Made an appointment for a check engine light diagnostic. Received a call from service manager about 40 minutes later who told me exactly what service needed to be performed. He also throughly explained how that particular system works and about future service might be expected.
Service was completed soon afterwards and at a very reasonable price. The vehicle run much smoother now!

I took a used car to these guys for a pre-inspection and both the service manager and the mechanic went above and beyond in not only assessing the car, but helping me think about if it was right for my overall situation.You don’t find folks so generous with both their time and expertise so often. 6 stars! I have been dealing with a few cars as well as car shops but I must admit this facility is forever now my facility. Anyone who ask me for a shop to my taste I’m definitely recommended my guys here. I love the energy and genuine understanding and conversation you can hold with anyone of their employees.They are very hard working but down to earth people, their test and work is very Thorough and complete. I have had 2 big jobs ( 1- replaced battery, alternator and starter, 2- replaced water pump and thermostat) done on my 2007 BMW and they fixed it without issues and their estimates and cost were right on and sometimes I paid a little bit less than the final quote. They also provided a ride to and from their shop. I'm very satisfied with their work and their customer service. I give them an A+

So many mechanics have no morals. You want money but don't care about the people you service. No interity, no honor, no respect for people that need help. I couldn't get a quote because they want to diagnosis charge. I already got a diagnosis and they won't even give me a price to see if they are affordable. Not providing a general price for service seems dishonorable. I couldn't trust a new mechanic if they can't be transparent. The tone of the person on the phone was as if they don't need my business so I strongly recommend that you keep looking
