This is a money trap!
We brought in our cat for a bath special for $16.50. when we made the appointment we were told to bring his paperwork showing that he has certain vaccines, which he does. when we dropped the cat off they checked the paperwork and we left.
about a half hour later after we drove back to the other side of town we get a call saying that one of his vaccines expired and they therefore won't bathe him.
we were unable to pick him up because we were at work and had driven all the way back.
$129 dollars and a few hours later we were able to take our cat home. they charged us for

Let me start off by saying that the vet and staff here are very nice and my cat's last annual visit went very quickly.
The reason this is getting 2 stars is because I’ve called multiple times to ask a question or fill a prescription and been told I’ll get a call back and they never do. Each time, I called early in the morning and then waited until they’re almost closing for an answer, but they don’t call me back like they told me they would. I end up calling them and they, of course, have the answer now (and even know who I am before I tell them) because they’ve been sitting on it for

We have had two dogs over the past 15 years as clients of Dr. Sheri Szachacz (Dr. S). Aside from the extensive technical and medical knowledge the whole team possesses, which is stellar by the way and gets 5 stars, our rating is about their compassion.
Over the many years of our relationship their compassion always shined through. I was in to pick up Babe Ruth after a bath and to get needed to get more trifexis. The person at the desk would not sell me more than 2 tabs. Babe Ruth is due for his annual and she said that she could not… give me a 6 month supply. I have brought all my dogs here for the last 15 years or more. The 2 doses I paid for was 2/3 the cost of a 6 month supply. She essentially called me liar when I said that he has not missed doses. I had a friend who lost their dog and gave me their left over trifexis, She was quite rude, never gave me a chance to explain that he had not missed doses. She never

We have used Harbour Place Animal Clinic since the '90s. They are a caring, compassionate, concerned for your pet kind of place. The staff and Dr. Sheri are great and have always been professional and prepared… to do what's best for our pets from the time you open their doors until you are settled in back at home with them. Their follow up care is the best and they welcome your questions and do their very best to answer them. Most importantly , I trust them implicitly. I would urge any one to give them a try and see how you feel about them. I promise, you won't be disappointed.
