My name is Melisa Bruhn and I am a proud team member of Visionary Properties Property Management! I have worked in real estate, office management and property management for over a decade. Currently I am a senior property manager and marketing administrator here at VPPM. My extensive and diverse background in real estate gives me a huge advantage in this competitive real estate environment.

I bring a high level of expertise to the table as an experienced professional. Do you have a second home, vacation home or other property that you leave vacant or unoccupied for an extended length of time? If so, our Property Watch services may just be what you need to give you peace of mind protection. For a small monthly fee we will visit the home and document with photographs.
We at Visionary Properties Property Management are glad you have chosen to apply to rent one of our terrific homes. There is an application fee of $40.00 per occupant age 18 or older. Application fees must be paid in cash or cashier's check (no personal checks). Application fee must be received in our office before your application will be processed.

RUN! Don't walk! DO WHATEVER YOU CAN TO AVOID SIGNING AN ILLEGAL LEASE WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! At minimum be sure to read their lease COMPLETELY before you give these people a dime. If possible make sure to do a thorough walk thru, take pictures, video, whatever you can to document the condition of the place during the walk thru and bring a witness. Inder no circumstances allow them to makevyou a verbal promise about ANYTHING! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING before you give them a dime. My refrigerator went out the week before Christmas and mind you I went grocery shopping the day before it went out for three Christmas I was having at my house. I was at work when I got the text from my husband that we needed someone out right away. I called the appliance company that was coming out to see how quickly they could make it. The man was so nice and made my house his first stop. Not even 5 mins of him being at my house that he called and said my refrigerator is dead and I needed a new one.
