Welcome to Pecos Russell Animal Hospital, your local veterinarians in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Paula Paetz and Dr. Diane Zaccagnino welcome you to our clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada! We are a full service hospital providing care for dogs and cats, with 20+ years of experience.
As a new client of our Animal Hospital in Las Vegas, you can expect our full attention to your pets' needs. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we'll usher you into an examination room after checking in your pet. In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet's medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.

Extremely disappointed in their services! It used to be really great, but has gone down hill over the last couple of years. Currently now on day 9 after my dog's surgery waiting for the office to call me back with test results. I call 3 times a day now and Dr Paetz isn't calling me back. It's been so frustrating.

I will start by saying I'm grateful that they took my dog in when she had a broken leg. She was turned away by her primary care because they were at full capacity (which was also upsetting). This vet took my dog for an x-ray (which apparently takes 3 hours to do) gave me a call saying they are keeping her overnight and will work on her the following day. My dog laid in a kennel overnight with medication and not being worked on. Just shoved in a crate to sleep uncomfortably. The following day I received ZERO calls from the vet. I called multiple times asking for updates. @1:30 pm they said she was

Absolutely love this vet clinic. All the vets I’ve worked with here are so sweet and kind. Also, they have the best prices in town. This clinic is affordable and has amazing staff. Can not recommend them enough. They even sent me a condolence card when they heard of my cat’s passing. Love them! Cannot say enough great things about them.
