Place is awesome. Honest work for fair prices. I called first thing in the morning to see if I could bring my truck in and eight hours later my truck is running clean with a new alternator. They do the work you ask to be done and don't try to dupe you into paying extra for work you don't need. Best place in Portsmouth to take your vehicle if you don't have disposable income.

By far the best auto shop in Hampton roads. I’ve taken all my cars here and Lenny has always provided a clear understanding of what the issues are and how he wants to fix them. Constant communication and GREAT mechanic work. Fair, honest and reliable. It’s hard to find nowadays but man am I happy I found Lenny at baucoms. Customer for life!!!

I had my car towed to Baucom due to a engine malfunction that left my car broken down. The staff did a thorough inspection in less than a hour and told me exactly what was wrong. Also printed out and showed me my specific car had a extended warranty on the engine due to a common problem that was occurring and I was 1,000 miles under the limit. They told me the dealership may repair it for free but if not they will definitely get it done, they just wanted me to save some money if I can. So instead of just doing the repair and getting paid for installing a new engine themselves, I took their advice
