I am looking forward to meeting and working with you- whether you are in the beginning stages of change (feeling unsure about the benefits of therapy), or whether you have a definite goal in mind and a readiness to dive into the exploration of yourself. With a background in education, I enjoy teaching practical skills for enhancing quality of life.
Here at Leucadia Family Counseling, I realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. Whether you are struggling with family conflict, parenting, behavioral issues, depression or something else, I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, healthier way.
