Services
My office is conveniently located in encinitas, CA, right off of Highway 5 and encinitas boulevard near In-n-out burger. Please note, My office is located within the sante fe business park complex. Exit Highway 5 and head east on encinitas boulevard. Turn right on Calle magdalena and the office complex is on your left at the end of the cul de sac where you will see the sign for sante fe business park.
Below is a list of my specialties, but I do treat other conditions not listed. Please feel free to contact me regarding your specific needs as I offer free brief phone consultations. I am very honest and will let you know if i treat the issues for which you are seeking help.

Please note I do not treat eating disorders, Autism, gambling addiction, sex addiction OR PRIMARY SUBSTANCE ABUSE ISSUES as these ARE ISSUES THAT require specialized training THAT I HAVE NOT COMPLETED.
Are you feeling overwhelmed with worry? Anxiety is the most common issue people reach out to me asking for help. It can be very disruptive to daily functioning and make it difficult to just get through the day. I have extensive experience working with individuals dealing with anxiety/panic attacks and have treated children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety.
Have you experienced a traumatic event and you are now struggling with flashbacks, nightmares or feeling on edge, having difficulty concentrating or avoiding things that remind you of the event? Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder can take over your life and at times cause debilitating symptoms. I approach PTSD treatment with trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
Is your child acting out, struggling in school, or having difficulty making friends? Parents seek therapy for their children for various issues, but the most common reasons I have encountered are for behavioral issues, peer issues, family issues, divorce and anxiety. Children often do incredibly well and make substantial progress in therapy.
