Worst experiences with the administrative staff. They had moved my appointment to a different day without notice, booked the appointment on the wrong date for a procedure because of their error of a "typo" while I went through all the stress towards year-end to switch shifts with my coworker during pandemic at a busy hospital, billed a balance for a future procedure and stated in the letter " they made several attempts to collect a bill and now it will be sent to collections." Because I can not "stay calm", then Bridgett hung up the phone.

Dr. Siu is an exceptional dentist. The entire experience of getting seen by her from scheduling to leaving her office is remarkable.
I don't think that it is possible to have a dentist who excel in their profession as much as Dr. Siu . Her work is top notch, I have never had any issue with the multiple fillings or crown that she had done for me. Her bed side manners are even better. Dr. Siu is attuned to her patient's needs; she checks if everything is okay at the slight sign of pain. After major work, she has checked on me to make sure everything is going well.

So I have severe dentist anxiety, so much I let my teeth go to hell. I have never been more comfortable or relaxed or at ease then I have here. The women are phenomenal and gentle and reassuring. The Dr is funny and communicative about every single step, she uses awesome techniques to make even numbing that much easier. I love it here and cant wait for my dental journey with this group.

We chose this practice based on location and insurance, but we have lucked into finding the absolute perfect fit for our family. Dr. Siu and her entire team are kind, professional, and skilled. Where they really amazed me though was in the care they offered my two young daughters. It is so important children have good early dental experiences to establish positive adult habits, and the entire team goes out of their way to make sure they feel safe and comfortable every time we are there. I love this dental office! Rose and Bridget are the first friendly faces you see, and Dr. Kayee Siu is so understanding and patient! Any questions or concerns you have she will listen to and advise. When I have to get my wisdom teeth pulled out and felt uncomfortable with a recommended doctor, she was able to send me to another who I felt so much safer and at ease with!
I've already recommended all my coworkers and family to her practice!

I saw Dr. Siu a few months ago; I was scheduled for a filling. Throughout the whole process, I felt comfortable and cared for. The front desk staff (Rose) was very helpful and I don't remember who the assistant was to Dr. Siu that day but she was also very helpful and friendly. I had been having issues with sensitivity on my left side and not even a week after this visit did I begin feeling much better. Dr. Siu even called me later on after my procedure to make sure I was doing okay! Dr. Siu is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and highly skilled. Won't be going anywhere else :)

Staff are super friendly and Dr. Siu is just as friendly. I really appreciate her thorough explanation of treatment and advice on tracking care of my teeth.

Dr. Siu operates with a balance of professionalism and patient empathy that is not often found in even the most experienced medical professionals. It's quite clear she has a supremely updated knowledge base and that she genuinely feels for and understands the position of being in the chair. She also has a highly qualified and wonderful team at every touch point for the patient, which makes the entire experience a pleasant one. I don't live anywhere near the Sacramento area but she's still my go-to DMD.

I like Dr Siu and the whole staff. Been coming here for years. Was even with Dr Bull before her at this dentistry. Dr Siu filled his shoes and has really added a very comfortable place to have my teeth cleaned and worked on when needed. And her shots don't hurt either! A big plus for anyone.

Came here on the recommendation of my girlfriend. I should preface that I absolutely hate "the dentist". When I say that, it's nothing personal, I've just always had terrible experiences (getting shot up with needles in your gums and having your teeth ground down with an air dremel isn't my idea of a good time).

Anyhow...Kayee and her team are fantastic at making what's normally a miserable experience as great as it could possibly be. Her chair side manner is exceptional and her team is all super friendly. Rose at the front desk is always cheerful and willing to help

First time going to this office hadn't been to the dentist in a while i was honestly scared to try a new dentist and tell them it had been a while since I last visited a dentist but I was so satisfied loved my cleaning procedure it was done by Tina then dr siu came in to talk to me.Everyone was so nice.

OK, SO.......... I hadn't been to any dentist office in a long time. I wrote 5+ years on the form, but it may have been closer to 10 (I truly didn't know). In any case, they're ALL SO NICE! They tried to comfort me by saying that lots of other people go several years without dental care. Everyone in the office is friendly, thoughtful, and on top of it. I've been dreading going back to the dentist because of my past bad experiences. Most doctors never really take the time to ask you, what you want or care to hear about your concerns and issues. I have finally found Dr. Siu. Her and the staff are all delightful and excellent. I told her my goals and what I am looking for. She helped me to begin achieving my goals right away. I had lots of anxiety but she made me comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone who has had bad experiences with the dentists or just wants a great doctor. She has even taken the time to go the extra mile by speaking

New to Sacramento area and nervous to try new dentist. Couldn't have made a better choice! Dr. Siu and her entire staff are the most friendly and welcoming people. They even saw me after my insurance ran out for dental emergency. Highly recommend!

Hands down the BEST dentist I've been too. The front desk staff and the medical staff are all very knowledgeable and professional. Coming from someone who has had dental problems since they were a child and WAS terrified of dentists, Dr. Sieu strides to ensure that you are comfortable and without pain. I now find myself making dental appointments without hesitation because I know I am in good hands. I highly recommend!

I've been going to the same dentist my whole life (25 plus years ;)) and was sad when I found out they didn't take any of my insurance options from my job. Because of that, I put off going to the dentist for a LONG time...until I found yelp reviews on Dr. Siu!

I just got back from getting a couple fillings and I'm so happy to have found her office. I get anxiety sometimes from feeling claustrophobic and of course I had to have an attack right before the procedure! Dr. Siu and staff were very understanding and patient with me and I got through it just fine. She lets you know what

Everyone there is just so nice. When you find a good dentists office, it's a very special thing... because going to the dentist is usually really, really awful.

I actually found Dr. Siu through 1-800-Dentist a few years ago and have been going ever since.

The staff and Dr. Siu are fun to be around on a personal level and they are professional when it comes to the work.

The prices have always been fair in my opinion and my teeth have never felt better.

Very friendly people that work here, the front desk is always in a good mood and always provide friendly reminders. Dr Siu is very nice and sweet. I went here out of the blue because it was close to my house and my insurance was accepted here...but now that I know how super nice they are and the excellent service they provide, i would recommend Dr. Siu to all my family and friends. If they stopped accepting my insurance I probably would still go here.
