Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. 1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

Dr. Owen's and his whole staff are excellent. They are knowledgeable, reasonable, calm (which is great because I'm usually a little freaked out worrying about what might be wrong with the dogs) and have always taken care of the problem. They don't jump to the most terrifying prospect first, and are kind, gentle, and very reasonably priced. They seem to stay pretty busy, but the wait is worth it.

Jeff Owens and team do an incredible job. Their commitment towards safety of not only our pets but to their owners as well makes them one of my favorite vets in Tulsa. The staff is consistent and has even answered my questions late at night when I thought an emergency had arose. The curbside service is an excellent and efficient way to have Lunas services done. Love this team!

I am sure this Vet is good for normal routine visits, but anything remotely extensive or emergent - DO NOT USE. Due to negligence he originally misdiagnosed my dogs leg. It was a severe bacterial infection. When we took him back in to be rechecked the leg had already experienced a lot of trauma and the infection very deep. He now has almost no use of one leg. The vet put him on long term antibiotics and sent us on our way. When it wasn't getting better we asked for a recheck and he just wanted to charge us for more x-rays and didn't even look at him. So we picked our dog up. We now have to take

The staff is great! They were not my usual vet, but when my pup broke a leg while my regular vet was on vacation, they were there to help. They kept me fully informed of my pets status and helped me work through the difficulty of mending a broken leg on a 5 mo old puppy.

Every visit I’ve had with Dr. Owens and his staff has been wonderful! They treat our cat so well, whether he’s boarding or sick it’s a great experience. Dallas and Sarah are so helpful and can usually get us in on the same day. Dr. Owens is so gentle with our little monkey and really takes the time to answer our questions and explain things well! I love this place. Thank you guys so much for treating my little family so well!
