Despite the country's reputation as a melting pot, immigrating to the United States legally is a difficult process for many who attempt it. Visas and green cards are only granted to individuals who fall into one of a limited number of categories. Even the most qualified applicants can have trouble navigating the procedural and practical roadblocks that U.S. immigration system imposes on prospective migrants.
Fortunately, help is available from dedicated legal professionals who have helped numerous people just like you to achieve their dreams of immigrating to the U.S. If you want to give yourself and your family the best possible chance of a positive case outcome, you should strongly consider contacting a Marietta immigration lawyer.

Services
If you are in need of legal advice, send us an inquiry and we will get back to you as soon as we can! I have known the Urbinas for over 10 years and I have referred friends of mine to seek their legal services and I have heard nothing but good feedback on the service and advice they received. Additionally, Michael and his office frequently educate the community about the latest immigration developments and other topics I find quite useful.
Attorney Michael Urbina founded the Urbina law firm in 2013. He holds a B.S in Managerial Science from Georgia State University and received his J.D. from John Marshall Law School, where he graduated at the top of his class. Prior to founding the Urbina Law Firm, Attorney Urbina's goal was to become an in-house corporate lawyer.
Karla Verma is an Associate Attorney at the Urbina Law Firm focusing on immigration and criminal law. Mrs. Verma has a B.S. in Spanish from the University of Georgia and a J.D. from the Charleston School of Law. Having grown up in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, Mrs. Verma is fluent in Spanish, and often represents clients with limited English proficiency.
Denia Amat has been a Paralegal with the Urbina Law Firm since 2016. She is originally from La Habana, Cuba and moved to Georgia in 2009 as a refugee. Her personal experience with the immigration system gave birth to her passion in immigration law. She is now the Head of our USCIS Department and has over six years of experience in the field.
Wendy Rua is the Supervising Court Paralegal at the Urbina Law Firm. Wendy originally joined our firm in 2017 as a receptionist. She has since worked her way up to being the Head Paralegal of the Court Department due to her outstanding skills and dedication. Michael and his associates and staff at Urbina Law Firm are not professionals at all. When I had my court the Judge told Michael required the court on the phone, and Michael told me the court was the one who made the choice. A BIG LIE FROM THE LAWYER AND FIRM. The game the excuse that we weren't in the same page Aanother lie. He charged me extra to come represented me in person in LA, but at the end they've just kept my money. I was scam by the Attorney to renew my work permit they wanted to charged me almost a thousand dollars a rip-off.

My wife and I entered into a journey on April 2017, today that journey has hit a milestone. We received notice our I-130 petition for our son has been approved! We came to the Urbina Law Firm to help us get over the hump that kept our case stock for so many months, needles to say their tireless efforts and professionalism finally got us to where we are today. No doubt, I strongly recommend Michael and his team, they bring not only their skills, knowledge and experience but they also give you that personal touch, they make you feel like part of their family!

First off I want to thank God for helping me find the most wonderful people that helped my family and I on our worst. My husband and I struggled to find a professional law firm that would help make the best decisions for our case and most importantly to keep our family together and there they were, The Urbina Law Firm! I can’t thank you more than enough for always being there and taking the extra time to make sure our case continued. These people have a heart and know exactly the feeling you may be going through. A case will differentiate for everyone and time but making sure you have the right

Had the pleasure to work and know the Urbina Law Firm family, great people who truly care for helping immigrants, from the lawyers to the staff, everyone there is always trying to help you to improve and be a better person and better at your job. I am glad I got to learn so many things on my time working with them and glad I still get to work and learn from one of their team members, Julian, who is always willing to help and so dedicated and passionate about his job.

Michael and his associates and staff at Urbina Law Firm are true professionals. They are lovely to work with and affordable. Something important is clear communication, and I believe that is what I received during the whole process. Present and helpful, two essential qualities when looking for a law firm. I highly recommend their services.

I have had the opportunity and privilege to know Michael Urbina and Giselle Urbina on a personal level. They are both extremely hard-working, knowledgable and kind. They have compassion for their clients and a willingness to listen. It's hard to find an attorney you can truly trust, but Mr. Urbina is that person. He is passionate about immigration law, and is a seasoned and effective advocate. I strongly recommend The Urbina Law Firm, LLC for all of your immigration law needs.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
My dad used Mr. Urbina's services to get his citizenship. He made the process very easy to understand, he was very organized, and responsive. My dad only speaks Spanish and he felt very comfortable talking to the lawyer and the staff. I appreciate what Michael did for us and highly recommend the firm.
