I have been Intense 22 Fitness for 4 Years. Service has gone downhill since management change since MIchael Lytle left. They had two trainers Zach and Rance. Rance always took care of his clients and was dedicated to his Job. Ever since Rance left the place has become unsanitary and disgusting. They don't do temperature checks when clients come in and half of the clients don't wear masks. I have witnessed Zach not wearing the mask all the time. They never sanitize or clean the equipment (See attached photos) The Restroom is so disgusting urine all over the floor, feces on the toilet

I was hurt doing free weights. I love this place I been going here for less than a month I feel and I can see the difference in my body. I am not afraid to push myself because I know I will not get injured they way it’s done here! I loved it so much that even my husband Tom is now a member. Looking forward to reaching my goals.

They have the most unique workout I have ever done! It is cool ( literally 62-68 degrees ). This is so fast and you don't have to go in workout clothes! The workout can be cerebral at times because they want you to maintain a specific posture and position to isolate the exact muscle groups the exercise is meant to focus on. The professional trainers are there by your side the entire time to monitor exactly how you are doing your workout with no judgement or bias. There isn't any concern about others in the gym because there isn't anyone else there when you are doing your workout. Adding the cryotherapy

This workout really is as good as it gets. I too, had a hard time believing but after the first work out I am drinking the Kool-Aid! I'm on week three and I'm stronger all over, have more energy, sleep better and have already lost a little bit of weight.
Michael and team are motivating, wickedly smart about the science behind the work out and super fun.

I like Intense 22 and find a good workout there. Their trainers are professional, helpful, and not overly aggressive. I like the cold temperature of the workout area and am almost always sore but not too sore when I finish a workout. So far, the Vitabot system for tracking your diet has also been quite helpful to me.

I'll admit it. I was skeptical when I first heard about a full body workout in 22 minutes. Being a fitness and nutrition enthusiast, I figured it would be educational either way so I gave it a whirl.
Intense 22 quickly won me over. The trainers are friendly, educated, and encouraging. No intimidation, no packed rooms full of other people working out, no fads or gimmicks. I've seen results in not just my physical appearance, but also in strength and stamina. Give them a try!

20 minute workout? 2 times a week? Can't be real. Can't work. Check it out for yourself and see. I have become a believer in just a few months. You won't believe the workout you will get in 20 minutes and how quickly the results come. If your time matters and you want to see your body transform than check this place out.
