If you are looking for generous portions of authentic Italian cuisine, we are the place! We feature delicious Italian style pizzas and an extensive menu of mouthwatering Italian dishes. I come here all the time for lunch and sometimes for dinner. I don't like everything on the menu, but what I do like is phenomenal!

Pasta dinners that feed 2 people, chicken tenders in any of a number of their delicious sauces! Breakfast is even Incredible! Solid Italian dishes. This place is popular with the work crowd and fills up at lunch. They have some dishes prepared ahead of time that your can order from, busy most it's cooked to order.

Ordered fried chicken tenders not to mention how overpriced this menu is. They showed up with raw chicken tender I called to complain they told me they pan fried the chicken and then bake it if I knew that I would ordered chicken tender.

Ordered a cheese pizza honey bbq chicken fingers and fries!!
The chicken fingers where not in honey bbq, but in some nasty tangy sauce,
The pizza was not good at all!
The fries were ok but soggy
1st time trying expensive and not worth it
will not go back

We just ordered tonite and I am very disappointed. We have ordered for yearsand never had a problem. I got a fried scallop plate.. THESE ARE FRIED AND COMPLETELY DRIED UP. Some of the fries aren't cooked through and the onion rings are limp. I dont think I will be ordering seafood from them again.

I have ordered 2x now when in Boston my daughter wanted this place I prefer Santarpios .Both times took way over an hour to deliver my card was charged 2x .This time took almost 2 hours for grandaughters birthday pizza was just about cold!! I ordered several plus salads never again! Lived in that area Revere for 27 years this place sucks! I usually do not leave bad reviews! They need to care more for customers!!! When I called all he could ask do you want to leave a tip for driver I already filled that out as I give cash!

Before I ordered their chicken parm I asked if it was fresh instead of frozen. The guy who rang me up said it was. It came out in about 2 minutes. Red flag there. I looked at the chicken and the batter was a soggy mess swimming in sauce to disguise it. Just be honest with customers ok? I would have ordered something else. Ended up just eating the pasta. A waste of money. Faux Italian all the way.

Great friendly service all the time. Always very large portions. Food is good but quality could be better. Quantity is preferred over quality. Great daily specials. My favorite are thier fresh made arancini rice balls which are a great add on to any meal or a meal all on its own.

I've looked for the best chicken piccata for over a year now, and failed to find it. It wasn't until today, at Avellino's, where I had that. One mod I made was have it with a chicken cutlet instead of the non breaded they serve it with. Yum! So pleased

I was in town to celebrate the nuptials of a dear friend and her new husband. The owner, Peter, is a sweet and gracious host. He ensured the Function Hall was set just right for the bride's liking and took care of everything! The food was yummy. I only found one thing that wasn't my favorite, which was the fish dish. For me, it tasted too "fishy". But everything else was delish. From the cocktail hour dishes of chicken sausage, rice/cheese balls, salad skewers with fresh mozzarella and a yummy balsamic, to the mini spanakopita, Thai chicken strips to the main course of the sexy

This is the One. Best restaurant around. Consistently great with many dishes offered. I have lived in the area for almost 40 years and have tried them all.
Seen many come and go. The ones that went made sense. The ones that stayed says something.
Avellino's is here and stayed.
There is no reason to wonder why. So says I.
I am glad to spend my hard earned money here and will continue to do so.
Great food, great choices, great cooks and staff, and the prices are competitive.

Fantastic. Was looking for somewhere else and happened onto this place. Meals were better than a lot of fancier establishments even though you order at counter and they bring it out to you. We had veal Francese over linguini and chicken saltembuca over Ziti. Among the best we've had and came with delightful salad. Extensive and diverse menu. Will be back!

I love their food, and I was actually a frequent customer for delivery. Unfortunately the delivery has been raised to a ridiculous level, $15.00, so I won't be ordering from this restaurant ever again, but I'll miss their food very much. I would give them a five star rating if they weren't trying to gouge delivery customers.

Avellino's in Medford is one of those hidden gems you've got to experience. Everything is made to order with pride, you can tell. The quality is allways on target, and the quantity, well you'll never leave hungry. the service is allways prompt and cordial, and there very clean, The menu is extensive and there hasn't been anything we haven't loved yet .... Oh & desert, if you have the room. The prices are more than reasonable and are the best around in my opinion, there are 2 flat screen tv's to keep you amused. We've gotten delivery and they have delivery
