We are Francesca and Matteo Ronzio from Italy, we fell in love with Boston after a trip to New England a few years ago. Here at Real Italian Gusto we love to expose patrons to authentic Italian food and dining customs. It will be just like coming to Italy if you enter our shop, which is exactly our goal.
Real Italian Gusto is a great place to enjoy traditional Italian dishes that feature both local ingredients and Italian import but it is also a place to find imported Italian goods, such as olive oils, sauces, pasta. We have imported a fifth generation pizza chef from Naples, Ciro Langella, and an oven from Florence to add to the authenticity.

Diner at Real Gusto 12/16/2021 was fabulous. The pasta was prepared beautifully, the service excellent and the Angel Pastry with a double expresso at perfect way to end the night.
During our dinner the owner had arranged for a wonderful jazz pianist to perform (Ivan Dalia from Naples) which only added to the fun and relaxed atmosphere at Real Gusto.

Came here to celebrate a special birthday. Very disappointed, birthday dinner ruined. Mentioned birthday at reservation and it wasn’t even addressed. Slow service, poor seating. Turning people away from bar because good bar seats are reserved. Watched Patron at the end of bar had to get up multiple times and walk down bar to get attention. Drinks awful. Took 20 to get a glass of wine. Food Luke warm. Waitress and hostess very nice. Bartenders not paying attention and way too slow. Such a disappointment!

Excellent food. The wait staff was friendly and nice. We had the Artichokes in Rome which was really tasty. I had the gnocchi which we soft and like pillows like they should be. My husband had the spaghetti with class which was cooked to perfection. He is Italian from Naples and is very fussy about his pasta. Cannoli were 3 small cannoli and tasty just right to end a meal.

Nice restaurant. Cute decor. Food was good. We shared a margarita pizza and then I had salmon for my entire and my friend had the carbonara. It is a three minute walk to the Chevalier Theater so it was great to be able walk to our show after dinner. Parking was easy since we got there 2 and a half hours before our show and was able to find street parking. There are also two municipal lots near by. One is a block down the street behind the citizens bank.

We went here today for my husband’s bday dinner. Its a little busy for a Wednesday night. There was only one waitress, and she seems to be having trouble on how to use the pc/tablet. She kept cursing and customers can hear her. We have a minor with us on the table that hears her. We also heard her say “i want to get the f*** out of here” “i hate this” “i hate this place” “i hate my life” and it totally ruined the mood, we get it, that it can be overwhelming, but you dont say those things and its not acceptable to show that attitude. She argues with the cooks and the guy at the

Came to this restaurant for my friend’s 30th birthday. I didn’t expect this restaurant to be this nice since it is a pizza place. Very spacious and clean. Also it has a home feeling. The service was very nice. They kept the cake for me and serviced it at the end of the dinner. The appetites was nice and the cocktail was amazing. The pizza was decent, but not as good as what I had in Europe.
