Tressa V. Johnson, a graduate of Loyola University of New Orleans College of Law, is known for winning large verdicts and fighting vigorously for her clients for over 14 years. She has dedicated her nearly decade long career to personal injury and employment law. Ms. Johnson is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which admits only those lawyers who have won million- dollar judgments for their clients.
Attorney Kristy L. Bennett is a founding partner of Johnson & Bennett, PLLC, in Memphis, Tennessee. Ms. Bennett practices employment law, civil rights and personal injury law, with a particular emphasis on employment law. She represents clients in the Memphis metropolitan area and throughout Mississippi.
In order to speak with the attorney to review your case, we require an upfront $100 consultation fee. This is limited to no more than one hour of the attorney's time. We represent most clients on contingency, meaning you pay no attorneys' fees until we recover monetary damages. We charge $200 per hour to review a right-to-sue or litigation case, and $350 to review a severance agreement.

I reached out to Johnson and Bennett law firm a little after Thanksgiving. When Tressa Johnson finally did contact me, she did not have a full understanding of what happened to me. When I asked to call her so I could properly explain it, I didn’t get a response. When I contacted Ms. Johnson again and let her know that I would be seeking help elsewhere, she responded with days that would be good for her. However, I never heard back from her again. I’m highly disappointed. I was really looking forward to meeting Ms. Johnson and I had extreme confidence in her.

DO NOT choose this company to represent you they are very unprofessional! My friend referred me to this law firm and I really wish I would've gone with the other attorney I had originally spoke to. I contacted this company via phone several times with no answer I left vm and sent emails no one responded until I posted on social media. I was contacted by paralegal and was sent over an attorney agreement for representation. I spoke to my attorney the day before my mediation briefly about what happened on my previous job. When we went to mediation my attorney was not prepared we had to go over

I was a nervous wreck when I walked into this law firm. But I was met Buy the most incredible comforting ladies I have ever met. They talk to me in away that I understood and never talked over my head. They were able to help me with my needs and will continue to help me down the road.
