Over all a rip off. Nice guys who are timely and prompt but its over all too pricey. The original estimate they gave me had parts and labor at astronomical prices and wanted to charge $60 to install a light. They ended up not charging me for the light but throwing on a "shop parts" fee which was not on the original estimate. They got the job done but I will not be returning.

Came here for inspection but I found out my car did not pass due to the brakes. Yikes! Not only did they immediately repair what I needed but they dealt with my personal time commitments of rushing them (so sorry!) to try to get me back to get my kids for their pediatrician appointments. The entire time they gave me updates and did not mind, so accommodating. Wow!! I really was thrilled by their customer service and I think that whatever reasonable prices they offer, just do it. Lied about my E-Brake being broken. Either ignorance or fraud either way would not recommend. Test supposed broken E-brake and it was fine. Inspector may have just articulated the problem extremely poorly. Wasn't made any better by the front desk who just repeated what the inspectors said but in a louder and dumber tone.

Arlington Auto Care has the absolute best service! I've used them for several years for everything from replacement of a dead battery to oil changes to inspections. Each time they've been very straightforward with pricing and have never tried to upsell me with things I don't need. Their staff is very friendly and they always complete service in a timely manner.

I've dealt with numerous mechanics in the Arlington/Alexandria area. Every time I would leave feeling disappointed. This is not the case with Arlington Auto Care. Each time I've brought my car in they've been honest and upfront with what exactly is wrong, what the procedure will be and how much it'll cost. Very transparent and clear. I used this place once and have never gone another mechanic since. They're my go to.

Went yesterday for an oil change, next thing you know, the engine light went on, went back to the shop, they plugged the scanner and told me that i have a fuel trim issue, knowing that my car was just fine and no lights were on, strange because oil change and the issue ain’t related
Next day which is today i went back and i asked them what can we do , they ask me to pay 119$ In order to scan it again even if the issue happened at their shop
What they did is, they unscrew the intake manifold in purpose, which cause air to leak and result in a fuel trim lean error
