Patricia E. Habas is the Managing Partner of Rogers, Habas & Eisen, P.C., and has extensive experience in litigation of a variety of matters, including contract disputes, commercial collections, construction matters, landlord/tenant issues, shareholder disputes, and estate litigation.
Patricia is known for obtaining and negotiating settlements to achieve the best net result for clients, while simultaneously preparing all cases for efficient and effective trial presentation where settlement is not possible.Patricia received her undergraduate degree from Manhattan College in 1997, where she was awarded Manhattan College's Marketing Medal and graduated Magna Cum Laude with dual majors in Marketing and Management.

An accomplished versatile attorney with over 25 years of experience, Ms. Eisen brings a wealth of expertise to Rogers, Habas & Eisen, PC. A graduate of Columbia University and N.Y.U. Law, Ms. Eisen began her legal career at one of New York City's premier law firms. Seeking greater responsibility, she then moved to a mid-sized NYC firm.
Amanda Doty is a skilled trial attorney with over thirteen years of litigation experience. She began her legal career at a firm in New York City handling civil litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Amanda was employed at the Rockland County District Attorney's Office as a Senior Assistant District Attorney.
Krisly Zamor joined Rogers, Habas & Eisen, P.C., following her graduation from Fordham Univeristy School of Law. She gained valuable practical experience from her externship on the United States Court of Appearls for the First Circuit, participation in Fordham Dispute Resolution Society and as a member of The Fordham Environmental Law Review.

A friend of mine suggested I seek legal counsel from Lauren Eisen. Lauren made a stressful situation a lot more tolerable with her warm and funny personality. She is knowledgeable, personable, thorough, reasonable, professional, and reliable. She also excels at explaining complicated legal terminology in a way that is easy to understand.
